On the way home we decided to stay the night in one of the hotels in Vienna but unfortunately we were all disappointed from the first minute. The room was old and the smell was bad however the toilet was the worst ! Old shower...More
We booked this hotel without even knowing about its popularity for the delicious coffee it serves but I guess we got plain lucky. Awesome breakfast, nice rooms and polite staff. Very close to the tram stop, which can get you to the West metro station...More
We booked this place for 3 nights. Upon arriving at Vienna we dropped our luggage in the room and went out. My wife and a friend thought the toilet stinks (maybe a dead rat etc.) and wanted to complain but i insist we let the...More
Locetion is good, close to Maria Hilfe Str. Rooms are simple and clean, heating in the room is excelent, Good and safe parking is available at the hotel for 15 Euro per day. Value for money for a night or two in Vienna
Room and hotel in general felt cold and not very homely. Breakfast was terrible, honestly. Lobby felt more like apartment complex entrance than hotel lobby. Hotel is in a quiet area, with shopping opportunities close by, but not super central.
Vienna’s art district, Neubau buzzes with galleries, arts and crafts, trendy restaurants, avant-garde shops, and cafés. Neubau’s Spittelberg quarter with cobblestoned Spittelberggasse and Gutenberggasse make for a perfect stroll alongside Biedermeier houses and art shops. Don’t miss the historic courtyard at Amerlinghaus with its typical Pawlatschen galleries, a perfect hangout on a warm summer evening.
Museumsquartier is Neubau’s undisputed highlight: the former Imperial stables house various top museums of 19th to 21st century art. If you love interiors, head for the Imperial Furniture museum (Hofmobiliendepot), one of the world’s largest furniture collections. Find your favorites among a dazzling array of Baroque, Biedermeier, Art Nouveau and Modernist chairs, sofas, cupboards, coat hangers, foot stools and wash basins. No weekend visit would be complete without stopping by a local café on a weekend morning for brunch.

I guess you should book just 2 adults. The rooms are generally spacious and an extra crib should be fine. Just mention the baby while doing the reservation and ask for a room at the backside area which is more quiet than on street side. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful.
