The hotel was great. I visited Vienna in Decemer 2016, just before Christmas. I booked this hotel because of its location - quiet and very close to a subway station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms, we stayed in, were small but immaculate - clean, warm and cosy. Every morning we had rich breakfast. I recommend this...

Yes, you should pick this hotel. Great location and great staff in additon to the great breakfast that they offer. I missed my flight so I have to came back to Vienna at 10pm. Thank god they had an available room with a "not bad" price for vienna. The room they gave me was with a kitchen and really specious....

The location and atmosphere are the most rated from me. Karlsplatz is not far by foot and there are good connections to the different places of Vienna. Marianna and others made the stay quite pleasant. The rooms are comfortable and clean with facilities for tea and coffee and microwave.

We booked firstly at the Prater and landed at the end here. The breakfast was very good and so was the WIFI. The room was not prepared then we arrived but this was bearable. The situation for parking space is indeed unbearable.

The hotel is quite cheap and it has excellent location. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast is great too, you can choose what to eat. Staff were polite and they were there all the time for any help. Parking place is a bit expensive, but still better than park at street.Everything is near around, it is a perfect location for...

We stayed in a double room with two kids. The room was okay, pretty big. The breakfast was a complete chaos. The mainreason is that the breakfast room was understaffed which means there was one lady trying to manage everything. There were no plates, no mugs for coffee, no glasses. Could not drink a proper coffee so paying for the...

Pleasant hotel with family atmosphere. The room was very cozy and nice. Located very close to the old city. Within walking distance to Central Station in Vienna. which has direct connection with the airport.

We had a really bad experience with this hotel which is worth sharing with tripadvisor’s wider community. We had booked two rooms for a couple and friend. When we arrived at the hotel we were told there was a problem with the plumping system of the 1-bed room. They would offer instead a 3-bed small apartment-like, consisting of two separate...

The location is not bad and the top floor 'suite' was large. We did not like that the coffeemaker had opened upside down pods, as we asked for new ones we have been told they could not provide any ( why offer if you cannot preform). The room curtains rooms were dirty and torn, sunlight shine through the holes ( all...

Only stayed for one night whilst driving across Europe, but would have liked to stay longer. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, breakfast was gorgeous, and price was very reasonable. Hotel was centrally based, close to tram stop. Would stay again and would recommend.
