FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE DELIVERED BY GREAT PEOPLE AND WONDERFUL TEAMWORK” Le Meridien Vienna has an extraordinary group of young people in their 20s who are who I think far surpass both in making human connections, and in professionalism of those I have seen at other top hotels recently While the decor is not grand, (three star) this factor is more...

Came back to hotel at 8:90 pm Tuesday nigh and there were hundreds of youths partying, loudly in the only bar in the hotel. This is not a hotel for 30 year olds and there is no other lounge / bars on upper floors. Really sad. The staff wasn't interested in doing any thing about it. Terrible impression.

Very classy hotel with modern interiors and common design spaces. Comfortable room and bathroom effect with glass walls. Dinner at the restaurant is not impressive: hot location, but few food; While breakfast is definitely rich in both sweet and savory choices. One of the strong points of this Hotel, certainly the location: you are in front of the Opera in...

Nice location, nice service, great modern rooms, free drinks in the mini bar, refreshed daily, great bath room, with shower & bath. Down sides lack of towels, pillows, but we could have had more, when we complained on check out, at a Marriott they are already included in the room. Nice looking chairs to sit in while watching TV, but...

The hotel had a great location: very close to the Opera house, Hotel Sachel, walking zone, Leopold Museums (and other museums), shopping, etc. At the same time it is off the main street, thus, quiet in spite of its excellent location. The breakfast five stars - as good as it gets! Rooms comfortable, with the nice view of the city,...

This is the hotel I really enjoyed. The location was superb, the breakfast more than rich. The hotel was very clean, and with nice modern interior. They also have a small swimming pool. I am SPG Gold member and I got all I should get regarding my status. Regarding the concierge - they gave excellent recommendations and reserve all for...

I was left in awe at the service and overall staff performance of this hotel. I travel a lot and this was really a remarkable experience, from the help they provided before arrival with several reservations to the assistance and service on site. The room was quite lovely (Executive). The windows were sound prof, yet allowed for a wonderful view...

Once again, I was happy to stay in Le Meridien Vienna, where I stay for 4 years now. Positive points: They have renovated the lobby: made it more welcoming, with more lights and cool golden walls at the entrance. Location: excellent. Personnel: extremely friendly (front desk, room service). Room: big enough, very quiet, clean. Bathroom: has everything I need. Liked...

This is what you expect from a 5 star hotel. A historical building next to the famous opera building in the center. Across the street is a nice park with a beautiful Victorian palm greenhouse where you can have a lovely breakfast, lunch or diner. The inside from the hotel is all new and modern. Top quality staff and service....

for an SPG luxury collection property very poor, yes the lobby is OK but upstairs a disaster, chipped paint, broken drywall, in-repaired in kept and filthy. The carpets in halls and rooms need desperate replacement. Certainly not worth the price. Location is ideal for a visit to Vienna, everything in walking distance

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
