I have mixed reviews on this hotel/apartment. Parking is very tricky, there is no 'loading bay', so when checking in my husband had to stay in the car and drive round as the traffic wardens were on the loose! we found out that parking was underground parking in the museum area, this was so difficult, as we had a dog...

I had a room booked here for me and my friend for the first weekend in December. Unfortunately just as I was about to leave for the airport my teenage son was rushed into accident and emergency and diagnosed with diabetes Type 1. He spent the next eight days in hospital. I asked my friend to contact the airline and...

Nice, clean and comfortable place. It has two locations/buildings, but close to each other. Breakfast was fine. There's a breakfast cafe nearby if you're looking for a bigger selection. About 15 min walk to downtown. Right on U-bahn and S-bahn. Couple of stops from the main train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good value for an average...

We arrived and were moved to a different building a short walk away. Though it was near, I was on crutches and we had picked this hotel specifically because it was right next to the u-bahn. Even breakfast was served in the other building. Rooms were really average, and the breakfast was a packet-fresh continental style. Rude staff too. They...

Very nice place with huge room in Viennese style: high ceilings, double doors and windows, parquet. Bathroom small but efficient and brand new. Good buffet breakfast. Fantastic location in Museum Quarter! And very nicely priced! Highly recommendable.

We stayed for 2 nights in Vienna. We wanted to try somewhere similar to a guest house or B and B, as we're tired of the generic, impersonal nature of hotels. Unfortunately we were disappointed. The male manager/owner who met us on arrival was unapproachable and unfriendly. He advised us that breakfast was served on the 1st floor (same level...

The location has multiple advantages - public transport (U Bahn station extremely close), many attractions (such as the Parliament) within a walking distance and next to Volkstheater. Rooms are very large and well furnished. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread is quite good. There is a coffee/hot chocolate machine for complimentary use all through the day....

I loved this hotel! It had a wonderful old world slightly French charm but was so close to everything! I am not a great walker but found it easy to walk to the Museum Quartier..it is just across the road :-) . The big bus is stop is at the bottom of the road and the underground is right at...

It was an elegant and clean pension. The room was very large, the bathroom was clean and very equipped. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was average, but good. The problem is the bed. We stay 1 night but the bed was very hard. I felt that I sleep on the floor. We couldn't stay one more...

My stay here was absolutely delightful. The staff was very warm and made me feel comfortable in traveling around the city alone. My room was simple and exactly what I needed. Beautiful balcony with a view of the city was very relaxing to come home to after long walks around the city. The location of this hotel was ideal because...

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
