Nice modern bathroom, pleasant layout - loved the courtyard garden. Yes, friendly and welcoming, close to metro. Our room was pretty spacious. Would go back anytime, and have recommended to everyone we know who is going to Vienna.

The hotel is good and nicely decorated, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The location is right next to a metro stop, although the area isn't that interesting or great it didn't bother us as we were elsewhere most days, you can easily get to the city centre within 10 minutes, and it is also very close to schonbrunn...

The hotel is described as traditional Viennese but is more like tired and shabby and in great need of an update. On arrival at the hotel we were met by a growling dog at reception with a proprietor who was just as unwelcoming. The room was large but shabby with no fridge and no hot drink making equipment. There was...

We were booked as a family into this hotel as a part of a package holiday. We were disappointed to be given two double rooms on separate floors, room 207 and 307. Rooms were quite large. Room 207 had a pedestal fan and 307 had AC. Both the rooms had a shower room with handbasin left of the doorway and...

The hotel is like 2 minutes walking distance from the metro, the receptionists are very nice and kind. During my visit it was raining and the receptionist gives me an umbrella :) Breakfast is the best. Rooms are wide with a lot of space. If I ever come again to Vienna , that would be the place

Based on the reviews i picked this hotel, first of all because it was very very close to the metro station and it was also cost effective. It is not a luxury hotel, but i did not intended in choosing a 5 stars hotel. I wanted a place that has charm and personality, and i found these ingredients. Very kind...

This hotel was quite a long way out of central Vienna but the metro and tram were close by if you needed them. My daughter and I were given a huge room which was comfortable, sparsely furnished but had a large bathroom. Also had a safe, but this didn't work The breakfast was very good, with lovely bacon and baked...

large room, very clean , very pleasant staff, good breakfast selection,no extras eg fridge or Tea/coffee making facilities, a bit further out than we expected but close to metro station and a Taxi rank,we were unable to find any where decent to eat in the vicinity although plenty of kebab shops The Hotel exceeds the area it is located in.

This hotel in many ways is quite unique. It is almost shabby chic mixed with old Austrian furnishings that really comes off. Art plays a part in the hotel - lots of paintings and architecture. The area isn't great but its only a two minute walk to the metro which takes you everywhere. Have to admit that the local train...
