Neighbourhood
Serviten Quarter
The Serviten Quarter is an inner city neighbourhood with many private charms. Popular with French and American expats, Sigmund Freud’s neighbourhood boasts his former practice and apartments, now turned into a museum. Stunning Liechtenstein Garden Palace houses the private art collection of Prince Adam of Liechtenstein. Romantic Strudlhofstiege close to the palace is a fantastic photo spot. With their small independent shops and eateries, the main streets of Liechtensteinstrasse, Porzellangasse and Servitengasse reveal much of this area’s character. Peek into baroque Serviten Church, with its richly decorated dome and walls. At the Old Jewish cemetery in Seegasse you can see one of the most precious cemeteries in Europe with tombstones almost 500 years old.

Hotel is situated in the university area of Vienna. It was a ten minute walk to the city centre. There are trams nearby but we enjoyed the walk. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Only recommendation to the hotel would be tea/coffee facilities in the room. We went for a drink at th

Really liked the location of this hotel, 10 minute walk from an underground station which can take you to most of the main attractions. Good value for money as well. Only had one slight issue, the shower was extremely sensitive when adjusting the temperature so it was either not

Clean, comfortable, lovely bathroom. Wide range of food for breakfast. Staff friendly, courteous and helpful. Disappointed tea and coffee facilities not available in rooms. Noisy outside on second night of stay but air conditioning was great to have in the room.

Had two nights here recently in a double for single use. Room was on the top floor and at first tricky to find the room as you need to go through two doors from the lift. Being on the top floor (7th), with only one elevator, you always had a long wait to get anywhere so was a bit

What does breakfast cost?
Our full buffetbreakfast with a great variety of fresh hot and cold dishes including seasonal selections of homemade fruitsalad, sandwiches, pancakes, fried vegetables, and much much more is EUR 14,- per person. Upon prior notice we are able to cater for most allergies and special dietary needs. However, a small choice of vegan and gluten/lactosefree items is always on stock.
