Clear but small rooms. Very close to metro station. City center is about 20 minutes far. Ten minutes by train and another 10 minutes walk. The breakfast is expensive (25€). The neighborhood is quiet...

We loved our stay here in November 2016. The rooms were clean and very functional, good shower too. The in house bar and restaurant are well worth a visit with very friendly staff and great prices. We loved our stay in Vienna and walked miles over the there during our time. As other people have said, you have the under...

Nice, comfortable hotel with a metro stop right across the street for easy access to the main area of Vienna and close to the Schonbrunn Palace. I didn't eat here but the breakfast buffet looked good.

Beautiful hotel, very well laid out, lots of plug sockets in sensible places, tea/coffee making facilities just remember to pull out the shelf or kettle won't work (a sign above would have been helpful). Had a bit of trouble getting into room with key card but after a couple of tries reception came and recoded our door after that no...

We were very surprised at how good this hotel is. The rooms are very good and ours was very quiet but a bit warm. We had dinner in the hotel twice- which was ok. Breakfast is very good - a fair bit of choice and nice and fresh. The staff are very good. It's a stone's throw from the underground...

The hotel is approx 6 stops on the tube from the centre of Vienna. The staff are so very friendly and helpful. The hotel is more geared up for corporate/business type guests but as city break tourists it is equally as good. The breakfast is fantastic and sets you up for a full dauphinois of sightseeing. The rooms are spacious,...

We were here for four nights and our room was at the front of the hotel, looking out over the road and underground. The room was large and well furnished and the bathroom was excellent. The only problem we found was that because we were visiting in November the AC had been switched off so it wasn't possible to cool...

We did upgrade to a Club Room (because we could) and were very pleased with everything. Our room was good and the bathroom was excellent. Loved the photo on the wall behind the bath (attached). The restaurant was excellent and all of the staff couldn't do enough for us. It is 5 metro stops into the centre of Vienna and...

We stayed for 3 nights in a very comfortable quiet room. I had requested a quiet room on a high floor which is what I got. Lovely comfortable bed and excellent shower. Useful fridge in room also safe and coffee and tea making facilities. TV lacking in UK channels. Breakfast very expensive at 25 euros, also dinner expensive so we...
