Breakfast Buffet every morning was excellent, Dinner and cook outs were great. Linens were top of the line. Maid service was excellent. Only this was the Air Conditioner didn't cool to US Standards but it was comfortable. Tour Destinations through the hotel were easy and priced great with multiple languages. Sauna and Spa were also nice

What are these people thinking? Take a cab everywhere? How boring. Take the tram and join local Viennese! Enjoy the ride and the sights. It's an easy shot to the Ring. The hotel is not old fashioned at all. The staff is delightful and willing to help with all our details. We checked in at 8AM with no problems at...

The Imperial Riding School Renaissance is a fine hotel, and better than most Renaissance properties, but it was a few miles from the tourist area of Vienna. They claim you can take the "tram" into town, but our family of four generally took a taxi that ran between 7-10 euros each way. If I were staying again, I would stay...

The hotel was easily accessible from the Airport (Just get on S7 Train Line to Rennweg) which takes about 20 Minutes. When we checked in we upgraded to Club Room with Imperial Lounge Access which was 35 Euros extra a night but was well worth it, as you had a room on the top floor where only guests on this...

Stayed here for 4 nights in May 2010. Had a room on the concierge level with access to the club lounge. The furnishings were slightly dated but everything was clean and well maintained. The club lounge was fantastic - they serve breakfast, snacks during the day, and appetizers and drinks at night. Location is good, about half a block from...

This poorly located hotel outside the city centre takes you back to the 80's. Although the bed is quite nice and this was a Club Room, the rest of the room interior is in need of an upgrade. If you get a room facing the garden restaurant (and street), you can easily hear the discussions taking place there even though...

Perfect for business travel: all the women at the front desk were professional and proactive and made the usual check in and out seamless. No confusion or delay, just prompt, competent efficient, easy: the way it should be. Dealt with requests for ironing board promptly, they didn't forget: I asked if it could be in the room after breakfast and...

Friday, 7th to Monday, 10th May 2010 (Reserved I preface the following considered remarks by saying that we are dedicated Marriott customers over a period of more than 20 years. However, on this, our first visit to Vienna, the service from the Imperial Riding School, a 'top-of-the-line' Renaissance hotel, left us confused and wanting. Namely, the check-in process was initially...

A truly wonderful hotel. Perfectly placed to easily travel to and from the airport on the S7 train. Perfectly placed to travel easily into the centre on the 71 tram. Staff are extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. Nothing is too much for them. Push the boat out and pay for a Business room, this includes acess to a Business lounge....

The Imperial Riding School Renaissance Hotel was close to the Renweg Schnellbahn station and the #71 tram. We could get anywhere in the city by public transportation. Also withing walking distance to the Old City, Hofburg area. Hotel Service was excellent. We had plenty of questions and they patiently answered everything. We upgraded to the Imperial Club class but did...
