A nice and quiet hotel close to the center but not in the center. Its every detail constantly reminds you that you are beautiful Vienna.

The lobby area is very impressive - built around the old structure of the riding school. Rooms in the main building are average, clean and functional but outdated decor - note not particularly worn, just at least 10 years old. The Imperial Suites on the other hand are excellent - in the other building. Totally different (and newer) decor and...

Good service - no complaints on promptness or friendliness of service. This is made even more pleasant by the impressive surroundings. The room was of an average size and had some conveniences - included internet access would have been great, though, to find out more about places to go etc. Great location for us - not for everyone - as...

Thr hotel is not in the central location, there is no easy access to centre. however, the S-bahn station will get you to either train station or airport easily. They offered us a king size bed for 3 people which is unacceptable. The pro is the service in the front is great and helpful

Our room was very good and clean, and the bed was the bigger that I have never seen before in a hotel - it was incredible. The restaurant is good too. Public transport is near to the...

The Imperial Riding School lives up to the Renaissance Hotel standards in being very stately and providing fine dining. Of course it is also overflowing with historical signifiance and ambiance. However, for the amenities available and the value received it is somewhat overpriced. We were given a room on the Club Floor at no extra charge but its furnishings and...

I have now stayed over 100 nights in this hotel this year. I have been in Vienna off and on since April designing a network for a local mobile operator. I have stayed all but one visit at this hotel, and I think it is wonderful. The staff, the room service and the buffet breakfast measure up to any 4...
