In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.

The hotel is located in Stephensplatz, a short walk from the cathedral. That was a big plus. Our room was small and we had difficulties keeping the room temperature at a good level. We were a little shocked that they charge 1.9 euros for coffee in the room, just instant coffee.

Dear guest! We are very sorry to hear that our team and hotel did not meet your expectations. We are always trying to make everyone feel at home and are very sorry that we did not succeed in your case. We want to point out that all our room rates include breakfast - meaning also coffee and tea. The coffee machine in your room is an extra service and can be used with other tabs as well - it is no instant coffee, but Julius Meinl coffee tabs. Best regards from Vienna, your family Kremslehner

I was nervous about a hotel so near St. Stephens square but the room (at the back) was incredibly quiet, no problem even for my husband who is a very light sleeper. And the location was fantastic - we could walk anywhere in 15 minutes - museums, churches, markets. Great buffet
