We were 3 couples staying here in 3 double rooms. One of the rooms had no curtains up and when requested, was told it would be looked into which it never was. As our friends like to sleep in a dark room this was not a good start. Our room was roasting hot when we went into it and when...

This hotel is situated on the second and third floor of a building ten minutes from the Stephanplatz. There is no lobby and the reception was brusque and unsmiling and showed us to a very small room with two beds one of which was a fold up bed. We paid 220 per night so not cheap! We refused to accept...

We booked this hotel for 5 days because of location and price. When we arrived we were very disappointed with the room. The standard room is two twin beds. We got two beds, but one was a size of a child twin and one was a cot. Now, Vienna is expenses, but the price we paid we were not going...

From the street, and in the first floor lobby, you might think you made a bad decision about your hotel choice. But once you reach your room, you realize, you are staying in a historical site, with very nice accommodations. Very good breakfast, beautiful room, with a good view of the street. Very close to the shopping district.

I would recommend this place to stay at during your stay at Wien: the rooms are clean, cosy, The breakfast offer is quite big and good. However, the only negative point was the wifi that i could not receive from my room. All the rest was perfect!

Arrived Monday 20th to a very confused reception. Had a car but he refused to let me use one of the two parking spaces allocated to the hotel in the garage. Requesting the size of the car (Hire Car Audi A3) then suggested I used the public parking 70m away and stated I would get the same discounted price. He...

Very strange entrance, hotel within a building over part of two floors of it. Arrived early and could leave cases. Bedroom and bathroom good size. Personnel opinion too much furniture in room. Bed must have been a queen, it was extremely comfortable. Breakfast included and that was fine, although very crapped as buffet style. Located a couple of minutes from...

The staff was very helpful, the room was quiet, the bed was great, the internet worked. The city, subway, and river were just outside the front door. The mall was not far from the hotel so anything forgotten or lost could be replaced.

Great central city Hotel on 2 floors of a lovely old building --- very nice people! We had 2 rooms, one was perfect -- ours was small (a single but with a double bed in it) that was a shame! Breakfast was wonderful all you could ask for and served by a wonderful girl who worked so hard in the...

The hotel is so well located and breakfast is outstanding, also the room was comfortable, and the assistance so good. We met the owner very friendly and concern of our satisfaction. The security was also an extra piece of mind.

Thank Luz C

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
