The hotel is nice and quirky in a good way. It is clean but a bit small. It is close to museums, restaurants and tram station. The rooftop bar is fantastic but the drinks are a bit pricey. The breakfast selection is great and delicious. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The mattress is a tad hard and the...

The best hotel I've ever been at. Unique design, comfort, very clean, excellent service, coolest bar upstairs and great rooms. Seems like they they think on every small detail. Will definitely return!

Hallo Dly2 What a great compliment that we are the best hotel you have ever been at. Thank you so much! We can't wait to see you again. Maybe also in Hamburg, Berlin, Frankfurt or Zurich? Our other hotels are full of details and stories, too. See you soon, Christian Kölling

The hotel is quirky with lots of features. The sauna/steam area are nice and free to use for guests. The room was quite small; the linen isn't that crisp cotton you get with quality hotels and the air conditioning was not particularly effective. The location is fantastic and all the staff are very friendly and helpful.

An excellent choice if you visit Vienna. The hotel is closely situated to most of the major attractions of the city. The staff of the hotel are very polite and helpful, the room was very clean and with modern style, quite different than the usual. Excellent and very rich breakfast it is worth to select a room along with breakfast....

This is a really nice hotel. Very creatively designed. They have a great rooftop bar and a nice bar in the restaurant down below. Really nice bartenders. The rooms were nice as well. It was kind of annoying how they charged $14 per day per person for the breakfast... Which I ended up not doing. Also, wanted to say HUGE...

A life style hotel may have a funkiness that appeals to some but it has no class. Good service, everything worked right, furnishings were decent but decor and ambiance is more akin to a garage sale or a warehouse. I would not bother to stay here again.

Hello Bruce D We would like to thank you for staying with us. It seems like our services worked out well for you, while our décor and design simply did not meet your taste. That’s a pity, and actually design is not supposed to fit everyone’s taste, but at least it should be surprising and never boring :). We are...

We stayed here for 3 nights and highly recommend it to anyone in Vienna. It is perfectly located. The rooms are nicely fitted out. The Freitag bag proved too much of a temptation for me, I picked one up afterwards. Staff helpful and friendly. Awesome hotel, don't overthink it, just book it.

Great boutique hotel! Close to the volks theater metro stop and located in a safe, clean, quiet area. The hotel is a bit loud. Neubau
Vienna’s art district, Neubau buzzes with galleries, arts and crafts, trendy restaurants, avant-garde shops, and cafés. Neubau’s Spittelberg quarter with cobblestoned Spittelberggasse and Gutenberggasse make for a perfect stroll alongside Biedermeier houses and art shops. Don’t miss the historic courtyard at Amerlinghaus with its typical Pawlatschen galleries, a perfect hangout on a warm summer evening. Museumsquartier is Neubau’s undisputed highlight: the former Imperial stables house various top museums of 19th to 21st century art. If you love interiors, head for the Imperial Furniture museum (Hofmobiliendepot), one of the world’s largest furniture collections. Find your favorites among a dazzling array of Baroque, Biedermeier, Art Nouveau and Modernist chairs, sofas, cupboards, coat hangers, foot stools and wash basins.
