Perfect location, very centrally located. About 5 min away from the beautiful St. Stephen's Cathedral. Just 2 min out and there's a nearby grocery store. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as stores for shopping. We booked the Madam Rosa suite and it was beyond big. Heater worked well. The room was very spacious, and the sofa beds...

The hotel is perfectly located for a stay in Vienna. They provide a good parking space if you arrivr by car. Rooms are spotless and WIFI is reliable. Breakfast is served as a buffet and everything is provided. But most of all I am impressed with the kindness and hospitality of the staff!

this hotel is in a great location, but you have to ask for a room with air conditioner because they have some without. We've got one without and almost died of heat exhaustion. The hotel has its charm and I really liked their breakfast.

Very centrally located to x'mas markets, monuments and shopping. Very nice and cozy boutique hotel. Very clean. The small breakfast area can get tight on a full day. Breakfast does not have a big spread. The person attending to the guests at the restaurant does not speak English. We had a triple room. Relatively spacious but look a little tired...

We stayed here for 3 nights in early December and both agree this a hotel we would return to and recommend to others. So central but in a very quiet street, an easy 10-15 min walk from the airport train link. Reception staff, helpful and welcoming in a low-key way. We were on 1st floor, room spacious with a small...

Hotel Kärntnerhof was a very good hotel. There was friendly service, good breakfast, and great location. Everything in the city was decorated and ready for Christmas. Everything considered, this was a great hotel.

This hotel is tastefully decorated, peaceful and very clean. I stayed three nights and enjoyed the staff, good wi fi, good breakfast and an all round good hotel. It is located perfectly in the heart of Vienna and from here you easily explore everywhere on foot. I hope I stay here again.

We were greeted on arrival by Vladimir who is charming and super-efficient - if I ran a hotel I would employ him. The room was bright with a lovely high ceiling. The decor is very tasteful. The location of the hotel is ideal for getting around town you can walk or the nearest train station is a short way. Breakfast...
