When we arrived as advised at 13:00PM. They let us stay waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes until they clean the room. Then the apartment and the corridors stank of old, spoiled food, so the Manger Martina agreed to transfer us to a higher room that was available all the the time we were waiting in vain. Both apartments...

Location, location and location. Close to everything: Vienna Mitt station (CAT coming from Airport), hop on hop off buses, tram stops, underground, cruises, St Stephen's cathedral, several other attractions, eating places and grocery shops. It was a comfortable walk to the giant Ferris wheel. Rooms are adequate and exactly as described. Adequate amenities in the room. Microwave, electric hob, kettle,...

I stayed in a apartment on the 7th of 8 floors. The room and bathroom were both very generous. The kitchen was sufficient for cooking and heating simple things - good if you want to pick up something from the local Spar grocery store. The area is vey central for a tourist exploring Vienna city. Most of the staff were...

There were four of us due to go into a large apartment. They gave us two studio apartments instead . Great. this gave us two kitchens and two showers and made life much easier. Location is great and staff are very friendly and helpful

Cheap (especially if you book early), the apartment was great and had everything I needed from kitvhen utensils to hair dryer and breakfast was available option for a reaonable price. It was close to all amenities, and handy to buses, metro or close enough to walk to many of the tourist spots.the hospitality from staff...

The apartment is well appointed and very good location if you do not mind the road noise (OK with closed windows, unbearable if they are open). I booked based on a picture of a specific apartment with large windows but were stuck in the attic with tiny windows blocked by furniture. The worse aspect was the complete lack of working...

Me and my partner booked 4 nights in a standard room via a deal online. We were met by a very friendly man with crazy hair and everything seemed to be going well.... until we got to the room. Located on the very top floor, next to the garbage room. Yuk. On entering the room the beds were nothing more...

Location, rooms and customer service are great! There are convenient tram connections to travel on either side of the ring road. The property was relatively new / refurbished and very convenient for families. The breakfast was average and can be improved

Apartment was great, clean, tidy and everything you could need for a base in the city centre. Staff were incredibly helpful and gave great advice on points of interest and how to get there. What made it even better was the cost ! Helped the break be so relaxing and just what was needed.

Staying in Inner City

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
