Room Clean. Bed Comfy. Spiral stairs, no lift. No hot drink facility in room or anywhere else in hotel after breakfast. English is VERY limited to hello, goodbye and a few other words. There is very rarely anyone in the reception area and as there is no way for you to advise of your arrival ie a bell to ring,...

This place has to win the Basil Fawlty award for hotel management. (Basil Fawlty was an inept hotel manager in the 1970’s BBC comedy "Fawlty Towers who was annoyed by people who wanted to stay in his hotel). When we arrived at this place we could not find a sole on the premises and no way of contacting anyone. We...

The hotel was described as a 3-4 star hotel with modern amenities. What we found was a huge misrepresentation of the description provided. In a word, we were shocked. Do not stay here!! When my family arrived to check in, no staff was to be found at first. Finally, one woman and man (owners?) showed up. They spoke limited English....

Hotel is a few minutes walk from metro station and also close to Schönbrunn Palace. It is a very good place if you want to do some city sightseeing. It offers nice, spacious rooms with comfortable bed and free wi-fi. There are no free parking lots but you can pay for a place in a garage.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Casa d'Oro Luciani. My room was surprisingly large, though the layout was a little odd (not inconveniently so, however). The room was always immaculately clean (even after I accidentally trudged some mud into my room after walking in the snow one evening, it was completely spotless again when I came back in the...

The experience at Hotel Casa D'oro Luciani Schönbrunn was really most unpleasant, the woman at reception ensured us that our money would be refunded, but to date I have not received anything (they have our details). We booked this hotel in June 2015, as we wanted to be sure of a place during the busy festive season, the money was...

Booked On Travelocity. Showed up and they stated no reservations. Tried to charge 160% what was paid on Travelocity. Kept 120 Euros that was paid to Travelocity. Please avoid if possible. Do not, do not, do not stay here.
