Stayed here 2015. Central town location easy walking distance to ski lifts (can rent lockers at gondola if you don't want to walk in or carry your ski boots). Rooms were spacious, staff pleasant, good selection of continental breakfast - we had no charge for eggs (unlike other trip adviser reviews).

Stayed here 1 night. Good location. Walked all over town. The room is so sweet. Cute curtains. Nice bathroom. Good wifi. Great parking. The host greeted us & her son helped us. Good price during November. We were in a double room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast room really comfy.

This was our first visit under the ownwership of Conrad and Alice. The house is the same as it always has been - small and friendly. Alice keeps the place spotlessly clean and the rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast is adequate. On the downside the house is directly next door to a large hotel and there is a lot...

This is a typical pension, well located for the town centre. It is about 5 mins walk from the old centre of Kitzbuhel, 10 mins from the Hahnenkamm lift. We were able to stay for 3 nights in the main ski season. Not a huge place, probably 8 rooms and an apartment. Accomodation is much as you would expect. The...

We paid a quick trip to Kitzbühel for 2 nights and stayed at the Pension Johanna - a great find!. Our host Sebastian was fantastic and made the stay a joy. He showed us all the places he'd recommend going which made things much easier. The room we stayed in was also very clean and comfortable, and the stay included...

Stayed overnight only, lovely simple room very clean, nice bright bathroom. Host very nice and friendly, great breakfast with lots of choice. Located within easy 5 minute walking distance into town. Good we could park our trusty BMW motorbike right outside the front door.....(but was surprised we had to pay for the privilege.) However we would definitely stay again.

We stayed @ Johanna's for 3 nights (1.1.2014-4.1.2014). We were a couple, and enjoyed a cozy, however simple room. Bed is comfortable and the room is clean and that's what's important. Breakfast is very nice, with a surprising variety. Only shame it is only served between 8 to 10, so it is not suitbable if you want to be very...

REALLY enjoyed our stay at Pension Johanna. We had the apartment (Room 7) and it was perfect for us. Basic, sure, but clean (it didn't just look clean it smelled clean too!) a good amount of space for all you skiing clobber and VERY comfortable. Great bed, possibly the most powerful shower in Kitz - it was lovely. The hosts...

We, my girlfriend and me, stayed at pension Johanna for a weekend. When I booked the room I was already surprised, as the rates were ridiculously high (€340+ for a double for 2 nights). As per se I like staying in upper class hotels or little boutique B&Bs and this is Kitzbühl I thought that its gonna be alright. You...

Very warm sincere welcome and atmosphere throughout the stay. We were 5 guys on a birthday trip and found the location excellent for access to the pistes. Loved the breakfast - great bread and selection I continental style meat/cheese/boiled eggs/cereal/yoghurt. Trina and Fritz were really great. A good experience of Austrians or sure.
