About 15/20 mins drive from Innsbruck. Attractivve tyrolian style with lots of wood used inside too. Comfotable beds and all very clean but room on small side and ours was on the main road side of the hotel so could be a bit noisy. No fan provided in the room - it was very hot - so we had to...

On a recent trip with my sister and her family, we landed in this hotel because it was one of few we could find that would accept my little dog. Our rooms were luxurious, beautifully appointed with roomy balconies. Although it's about 10 minutes from downtown Innsbruck (which might be difficult for people without cars), it's quiet and friendly. We...

Stayed in a triple room for a couple of nights - great interior to the hotel, lots of wood and marble. The room was a good size, with the 3rd bed in a separate annex, nice bathroom and a little balcony. Hotel was very quiet, but not in a deserted way - it was just nice and quiet. We would...

We enjoyed our stay here very much. There was a tractor parade happening in town, which was quite unusual for us! Everyone was in local costume. The hotel was adequate, although quite sparse. The restaurant had a good breakfast buffet which was included, and a good dinner menu. The front desk staff was exceptional and bent over backwards to make...

Innsbruck was the third stop on our European Honeymoon. This hotel is just outside Innsbruck in a town called Zril. It was relatively easy to get there by bus from the train station. It was an approx 20 min bus ride from the train station but the bus stopped right across the street from the hotel. The hotel is really...

I was pleasantly surprised by this clean and well-run hotel in Zirl which is just outside Innsbruck (maybe 10 minutes by car). I'm told there is a bus that runs from near the hotel into Innsbruck every hour. I paid for a single but was upgraded to a double since there was room available (I'm told this is there normal...

We found this hotel by accident many years ago during our first trip to Europe. It is an exceptional Tyrolean hotel, offering very comfortable rooms, excellent dining and above all a taste of the true Tyrolean culture. The hotel is located on road 177, just west of Innsbruck in the village of Zirl. Hence, it is central to travel in...

We were driving from Heidelberg to Verona and wanted a convenient stop-over. This was it. Comfortable room with a lovely view and good breakfast. Very good value. Wouldn't stay here for any other purpose though, as it's a bit basic, and too far out of Innsbruck for a city - break, but well worth a look.

My partner and I have just returned from our holiday where we drove from Southern Germany down to Northern Italy and back up through Austria which is where we stayed 1 night at the Tyrolis. We booked this hotel having read the reviews, and sadly it wasn't what we were expecting. The hotel itself is attractive with lots of wood...
