We had a very interesting stay, the hotel was very nice and comfortable, the staff however weren't the friendliest, gthe receptionist was on the first day, two days in we asked her a question about the ski bus and she was not very forthcoming in fact very rude. The bar was quite entertaining especially when the barman caught the bin...

Stayed here with a friend in a twin room for the weekend. We booked for two but we were lucky to get a good size room which had 3 single beds in it. Check-in was slightly inefficient but OK. The rooms aren't super modern, but have all the facilities you need, and free WiFi is offered throughout the property. The...

Only just got here and left my passport on the public bus. Visions of flying to Vienna to get another one went through my mind without even getting to ski. But the receptionist called the bus company and I had 9 minutes to get back to the bus stop so the driver could return it to me. Now relaxed in...

The hotel hall was really nice, in a rustic old sense, wood and all, which I think its beautiful. However the room was just as rustic and it didn't had AC, I was hot in the austriac winter bc of it.. The breakfast food is pretty nice and the staff too.

Worst experience ever. My son and I got bitten 40-50 times each by bed bugs during our first night in room 104. Didn't get much more than a lame apology from the staff after complaining the next day ( they first didn't believe us, only when we showed then the welts all over our bodies did say sorry) . Changed...

I stayed at Hotel Alpinpark this Christmas with my family, we had 3 rooms. The Hotel is not exactly in the city centre, but very close to it, took only 10-12 minutes walk to get there and we had senior travellers in the party as well. Leipziger Platz is only 3 minutes on foot, and it has bus and tram...

We spent here one night,so it was a B&B,but it has a good location and the staff is friendly. We hadn't a lot of choices for breakfast and the dinner wasn't something special but for the price we paid it's okay. For school trips it's perfect. The wifi was the best part, really fast.

Do not expect anything from this place. It is barely a two star hotel. Rooms are small, loud and beds are very hard. I think I got a rush from the bed linens. Breakfast was overcrowded and the food was terrible. The only ok thing was the coffee, everything else was a complete disaster. Breakfast was until ten and 9.55...

As the title says! I would rate this probably nearer a 2 star than a 3. The decor is aged and in need of a face lift. Do not underestimate the walk to the centre and old town - this hotel is not central!! The transport links are very good with the hop on hop off bus stop at the...
