We had two rooms at Hotel Weisses Kreuz (three adults and two children). The hotel is a short walk from the train station (even with bags). It's in the old town section of Innsbruck with the cobblestone paths and no cars allowed. The backdrop is the snow capped mountains as you approach the hotel and I couldn't believe how central...

We stayed in a lot of good hotels on this trip but this was the best. Right in the centre of the old town, bags of character, lovely rooms and a breakfast full of variety. Helpful staff. Wunderbar!

Stayed here for 3 nights in March after reading favorable reviews on trip advisor. Could not say enough about this lovely hotel right in the middle of the old town centre, right where you want to be! The rooms were excellent and roomy, super clean. The staff were wonderful and has free wifi in the reception area. Breakfast was incredible...

We tend to stay in boutique type hotels wherever we travel to get a proper feel for the destination we are in. This hotel ticks all the boxes you could ask for. Fantastic location, exceptionally clean and pristine, good quality food and the highest level of service you could wish for. From first to last minute the hotel staff could...

We arrived by car and parked in one of the hotel's allocated parking spots in a nearby underground parking garage for 11Euro(?) a night. The hotel is on a pedestrian friendly cobblestone street with great restaurants and local bars scattered nearby. Upon arrival, I wish I got the name of the woman at reception b/c she was probably the best...

We were travelling from Paris to Innsbruck via Eurail, with 2 extremely quick short connection trains (less than 5 minutes!), and I emailed the hotel to get advice on train schedules and what to do if we miss our train, etc. Birgit and Veronika were so helpful and reassuring that I felt "okay" with out short connection trains and upon...

We spent one night in this 500 year old building, now a charming B&B run by very friendly and accommodating staff (who even allowed us to chill our champagne in their fridge without a fuss, stored our luggage after check out). Its incredibly central, right at the famous Golden Roof and it costs just over EUR6 from the railway station...

This is a charming hotel centrally located in the Pedestrian Zone. Close to many of the tourist attractions like the Golden Roof, Stattdrum tower - 144 steps to a great view of the city. The FD staff were friendly and gave us great suggestions. They also make available a Tourist Card...24hr, 48hr, 72hr.. which is so worth the price. It...

I booked this hotel on the strength of the reviews on Tripadvisor, so it had a lot to live up to as most of the reviews are overwhelmingly postive. I had to fly into Munich and drive to Innsbruck, and due to the French air traffic controllers going on strike we didn't land until after midnight so were looking at...
