Very comfortable, romantic, clean and quiet hotel. In the old town of Innsbruck. Helpful staff. Very close to all sights of Innsbruck. Αffordable price. I advice this hotel to everyone. I will stay there soon again.

Stayed at the Hotel Weisses Kruez for four nights during our visit to Innsbruck. It is just an easy 10 minute walk from the Bahnhofstrasse. If your looking for a for that quintessential historic Austrian hotel, with loads of ambience, comfortable surroundings, helpful and friendly staff, and just a great place to settle after a long day. I highly recommend...

This hotel is located in the Magnificent Old Town. It's quaint & has a lovely atmosphere. Regrettably we would never stay here again as there was a rowdy crowd yelling and screaming all night long for both the nights we stayed. Clearly the local authorities do not see this behavior as a problem. Maybe reduced patronage will encourage the Old...

Stayed here in September of '15 and '16 and couldn't wait to be back a second time! The building is a gorgeous 600 year old hotel that Mozart stayed in as a child. I love history so this place was perfect and overwhelming for me. I stay in the smaller single rooms and I've always been comfortable coming back from...

When Mozart was a backpacker, he stayed here! Comfortable and cheap rooms make this an attractive proposition. Friendly staff and modest common facilities make this a winner for those wanting to stay in the old part of town.

We visited Weisses Kreuz for a few days in Innsbruck as part of a longer holiday in Austria and Munich. The hotels location is brilliant. Right in the heart of the old town and not that far in a taxi from the Hauptbanhoff. Could probably use the good public transport system in Innsbruck but we had out cases. The hotel...

Excellent choice. Prior to arrival, I corresponded with Marina and Veronika and they promptly replied to all my inquiries. A note: Without fail, approximately one month prior to traveling to Europe, I send an email to the hotel confirming one final time that our reservation is scheduled. In every case since 2005, and traveling to Europe annually, I have never...

The hotel has a long history and plenty of character. It is located in the heart of the old town, seconds away from the City Tower and Golden Roof, as well as the shops on Maria-Theresien-Straße. I was on my own and stayed in a tiny single room, which was fine for one night. The room itself was a little...

We stayed 3 nights here in January 2017 for a visit to Innsbruck to see the city and to do some skiing. The Rick Steves recommendation helped us find it and gave some interesting history of the property, from the Middle Ages through Second World War. The location is central to the Altstadt and several of the sights within it,...

The hotel building is old, possibly dating from the 15th century as an inn. Apparently Mozart stayed there at one time as well as other famous guests. I don't think he would have been in our room though. Barely enough space for a queen bed. I had to put my suitcase in a cupboard with my wife's case using all...
