We stayed 2 nights at the Hotel Kapeller. We had a superior room on the 4th floor which was extremely comfortable, modern and spacious. Only downside was lack of air conditioning - however we slept with the window open which cooled the room. As the hotel is in a quiet location this was not a problem. The staff were most...

Comfortable room, very clean and very roomy. Superb breakfast. Extremely helpful staff, Manuela was extraordinarily nice, gave us an upgraded room, helped a lot with local info. Unfortunately no A/C but pretty common in alpine communites

After lots of traveling this hotel was our last stop and just what we needed. Manuela was so sweet checking us in and was very helpful. Rooms were very modern, with a fan (in the summer came in handy), really good European breakfast and free parking! Close walk to Vapianos and the Ikea/mall. We drove into the city afterwards and...

We stayed 2 night @ Hotel Kapeller Innsbruck. We got the suite at the 4th / 5th floor. It was very good but if you need air-condition choose another hotel. (We got fan)! Breakfast was very good. Free Good WiFi, Free Parking, good service. Good place to travel around the Tirol. Near supermarket, near restaurant.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, very clean, large rooms, free parking and a good selection of food for breakfast. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Innsbruck but you can take the tram into the city (10 mins) the tram stop is...

Its a nice hotel at a peaceful location. Quite good if ur driving (there is free parking available), otherwise it's a little far from the town but still quite accessible to the old town with a 15 min tram ride (from right outside the hotel).

This is a very well-run hotel, that is located in a quiet neighbourhood in the outskirts of Innsbruck, close to a large shopping mall. The room was spacious and comfortable with an excellent en suite bathroom. Extensive buffet breakfast in a bright dining area. Free covered parking. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. A good restaurant (Bierwirt) close by serving...

Our family stayed here for 2 nights on our way from Germany to Italy. The reception staff was friendly and helpful during check in, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Not a lot to see or do within walking distance, we had to drive to the 'old' town and to get to the funicular station. The breakfast was good with...

What a beautiful hotel and what a view from the rooms! I wish our stay was longer. The hotel staff were very helpful and warm. Service was good and breakfast was also good. But the best part was the amazing view from the rooms. The rooms were big and spacious. The bonus was that the hotel reception had a list...
