So I booked this thinking it would be a welcome change of pace for accommodation . Salzburg is the 4th stop on my European journey and the opportunity for a modern hotel. I was unlucky to arrive via coach from Prague at 5am I asked the hotel for a possible earlier check in as the weather was raining sideways and... More

This hotel was very clean and comfortable, the lady on check in was very helpful and informative. The hotel was close to the new old town and a short walk to the old town across the river. The breakfast was filling with a very pleasant settng. There is a couple of supermarkets nearby and a comfortable 15 minute walk from... More

Had booked this hotel after looking at the ratings on booking.com. But the hotel did not turn out as it was expected. There was no temperature control in the room and the room was too simple for the cost per day. The breakfast was served at the top floor restaurant which also had a terrace. The view from the terrace... More

Great location, safe, walk anywhere. Helpful staff. Newly renovated, very clean, small but comfortable rooms. Quite noisy after 7 am until 11 pm ( truck, doors, loud people on the street below). Great breakfast. Very helpful staff. Good value. No air conditioning, so it got hot in the afternoons until about 10 pm. I opened the room door to create a... More

Nice location, friendly staff - very good breakfast in terrace - clean - budget friendl Wa-fi was ok. We did not get any wifi signal at terrace/ breakfast area which is a shame. we found it difficult to locate as entrance is not well signposted. Request the hotel to look into it.

We booked this wanting a budget hotel within walking distance of the old town and that is exactly what we got! It doesn't make the best first impression, but the room was clean with comfortable beds and plenty of choice at breakfast. The room where breakfast was served was on the top floor, offering nice views of Salzburg. Initially we... More

One of the more spacious rooms we stayed in across Europe. As we stayed in the peak of summer, air conditioning would have been a welcome addition to the room however that is our only critique. Friendly staff and good breakfast buffet!

The room was basic and contained essentials but was acceptable for what I required. It was clean, all staff were pleasant and the breakfast sufficient. It is a good walk from the station and a fair distance from the city sights. I knew of these situations before I booked.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, completely adequate for my husband and I. Breakfast is served in a very sunny fourth floor room. Good food, and selection. I love having a lot of fresh fruit for breakfast, they had it here. The rooms are very modestly priced for Europe, they are a bit on the small side. But I did see... More

We stayed in August and appreciated having a fan in the room but found the lack of AC a bit too uncomfortable. That being said, we really enjoyed the rooftop breakfast. The views were lovely and the cool air in the morning was refreshing. The rooms are minimal, but in a city like Salzburg, who spends much time in the... More
