About 10 minutes walk from train station, hotel staff, Connie is super nice, very professional, polite and very friendly. Good location and attractive building. We definitely will stay here again if we have a chance to come back.

Stayed for 3 days and couldn't have been happier about our stay. Hotel was located great for everything we needed to do. Rooms are quite large and clean for a price that felt too low. Me nor my companion could find a single con with our stay.

My wife and I stayed five nights at the Hotel Villa Carlton Salzburg 7-12 May 2016. This is a very nice hotel with friendly staff at the front desk and breakfast room. The breakfast is quite extensive for a European hotel, and better than most medium priced US hotels. We had a “superior” room, 202, that included a small sitting...

We loved everything about our stay here. We were roadtripping through Austria and had only booked our first night as we were planning on the go. The hotel staff was able to accommodate us upon arrival for our second night as well. We had a triple room our first night (but did not need it for the second night, due...

Hotel Villa Carlton was certainly a highlight of our trip to Salzburg. The room was incredibly spacious—with a great view on the third floor—and the hotel staff was extremely accommodating when we asked multiple questions at once. While the hotel's location is on the opposite side of the river as Old Town, we found ourselves looking forward to our walks...

We stayed here for our friends birthday as a group of 4 and cannot speak highly enough of the hotel. We arrived early and left our luggage before we went off to explore the city. Check in was very good, we had lots of questions to ask and also booked onto the SOM tour at the same time. Hotel was...

We spent a week end in Salzburg and booked this hotel. It is 15 minutes walk from the railway station and just a few steps from the embankment. The hotel looks like an old villa - very elegant with "home like" atmoshpere inside. The style is nice and the room was rather big for a European hotel. I forgot my...
