We stayed here for 3 nights last weekend, great location, friendly efficient staff in all departments, the superior room was superb as was the breakfast and the restaurant in the evening. We stay at some of the top hotels when we travel and this hotel met all our expections and in some way surpassed. We will comeback here anytime .

This is clearly one of the best in Salzburg (Sacher and Goldener Hirsch being the others). From the personable, professional staff to the warm, engaging decor to the extremely convenient location, the Bristol is hard to beat! Our room, a superior double, was ready upon arrival despite being 2 hours earlier than normal checkin. The room was spacious and beautifully...

Excellent room, very large (which is unusual nowadays), central location, classic hotel, great service, "clubby" smoking area so you don't have to sit out in the cold for your bad habit! Generally a hotel which an atmosphere of opulence! Enjoy!

The rooms we stayed in were very nice and big. It is a 19th century building outside, the style inside is a bit towards the time but the rooms have everything (A/C and Internet). But the real highlight was the staff. Very nice, very gentile and also very helpful in everything. The hotel is very centrally located, walking distance to...

My husband and I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel for 3 nights. We thought is was just lovely. Beautifully maintained, excellent staff especially at the front desk who booked my long awaited Sound Of Music tour. It is situated in a beautiful part of the City, you can't go wrong staying here.

Classic opulence! From the time we arrived until the time we departed, we were treated like royalty! Our room was beautiful and well appointed, and our bellman was on point. The location of the hotel is perfectly situated across the street from the Mozart Residence, and about 5 minutes from the center of the city. Breakfast was absurdly delicious and...

We stayed just one night as we were on route to the south. From when we first pulled up outside the hotel the help and assistance they gave us with all our luggage and very large bike box to suggestions for dinner and sights to see to the following day we checked out I couldn't fault their friendliness and professionalism....

First the positives...Great service staff and nice bathroom. Now the negatives....Our room had no view of anything but some other building. Which was extra sucky because it was St Rupert's Festival with fireworks and we couldn't see ANYTHING! Was very disappointed because booked it as a deal on website and decided to go all out with a 5 star since...
