From Rosenvilla to the attractions in Salzburg is about a 15 minute walk. The walk is along a stream and you go by a small park. If you do not want to walk or if the weather is inclement there are frequent buses that run from just around the corner to the center of Salzburg as well as to other attractions outside of Salzburg (cable car that takes you up into the Alps, palace with the trick fountains and the Sound of Music gazebo which are all on the Salzburg city pass).
