This place now calls itself "Hotel Romerstube," though "Gasthof" captures the B&B nature of it better. I stayed six nights. The evening before I was due to check out, I went to the front desk, paid for my stay so far, and reserved another three nights. (I had also checked on a booking site that the mostly empty hotel would... More

Clean, quiet, family run guesthouse//hotel. Well situated to explore the city by transit, near shopping, provided parking. Good breakfast included. Cannot go wrong unless you want a large chain with lots of amenities.

During the week this hotel is great - it offers nice restaurant on site, free WLAN, free parking and proximity to a big shopping mall. But beware during the weekend - restaurant is closed, there is not much to do around here on Sundays... The other downside is that reception is not manned during the day. Breakfast and service is... This modern hotel is located in the outskirts of Graz, within a few hundreds of meters walk from the hotel is a S-Bahn (light train) station, which is located near a big shopping mall (that has, inter alia, InterSpar - the big version of this supermarket). They have free parking, which is very good, and also a PC in the... More

I stayed here for 8 months whilst working at Magna Steyr just 5 min up the road by bus. Charley & Daniella, plus all the staff made me most welcome. Food & wine was excellent. Wifi was way faster than any hotel in the UK. Room was always clean. Close to the tram stop which was 10m to town ctr.... More

Just another average hotel. Rooms felt like being in a ship cabin(SMALL!). Decoration was non-existant in the room, but was cute and traditional in the common areas. Breakfast was much better than the rooms thank god. Beds and sheets were perfect though, guaranteeing a perfect sleep. Not close to the city centre. In the morning i discover that it is... More

Decent accomodation in the outskirts of Graz. The staff is very helpful. The rooms are spacious but a bit oudated. The internet connection was not stable. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant are quite basic. I was expecting something more given the price.

Upon arrival we were greated by the staff who quickly picked up my embarresing lack of German language but despite this the friendly staff checked us in with relative ease. We were escorted to our rooms and the concierge carried what luggage he could to the 2nd floor for us there was no elevator (this is the only negative statement... More
