Large room but with a bad smell. We had booked a room with balcony and pay extra for this but the balcony was a yard with view to a wall. The hotel is a bit far away from the city center and is to expensive for the service offered.

Locations is fine and the people are nice. Nothing wrong with this somewhat prozaic hotel. The location just outside the centre is not the most interesting but gives a real feel for the city. They serve decent and affordable local food.

This was good choice for us, as our business partner was located round the corner. In old town/city center it is Only 10 min walk. In this prize gategory this is really good hotel; clean, quiet, beds are great, breakfast ok, service polite and promt.

The hotel is situated on the other side of the river, about 1 km from city centre, So it is a bit of a walk. The Ars Electronica Centre is very close though, only about 400 m away. The hotel is quiet, mid-sized clean standard rooms. Breakfast could have been a bit more copious, but overall a solid choice.

Everything was nice, the staff, the location, the room. It's a very good hotel if you are just staying one day in Linz. It's really close to the main square and the room was really comfy. I recommend to go get breakfast down the street in direction of the square, there is a little bakery that offers breakfast.

Room 66, backward view. The bed is nice and it had a comfy headboard. Bathroom is OK. Staff is nice. It was a pity we could not have an early (1h before) checkout. Umbrellas were available at 10€ deposit. Nice localization. There is a lift

The location is the biggest selling point of this hotel. Comfortable room with no breakfast included. No parking attached, they told me to go nearby on their parking stall but there was no spot available, had to park on the street.

We have stayed here several times, a couple of times for long periods. Each time has been a perfect stay. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast is quite well done in a lovely room overlooking the main street in Urfahr. Highly recommend Goldener Adler for any stay -- very clean, great beds, beautiful bathrooms; most conveniently located for either...

We were heading back to Vienna on a tandem bicycle and Linz was one of our stops. Not wanting to go into the city again, we found this hotel on the North side of the river. It was nice, good Wifi, gd bike parking. Shopping mall next door walked to the Golden Pub for dinner, gd. Breakfast was very gd,...
