Yes, there is air conditioning. We were there in September and were very comfortable in our room. Mind you most air conditioning in Europe does not turn your room into a meat locker as in the US. It turns off when you leave the room. You must insert your key card into a slot to activate the electric in your room upon entry and remove it on leaving, saving energy.
