Never ever go this place!! It the worth service you will ever get. The owner and Manger are ugly, the breakfast is terrible and not fresh. They don't really clean, I was,2 weeks in this ugly place , after they get Arabs customer that shout on 6:00 Am and wake me up. The Manger didn't help!!! But charging me extra for a towel that was dirty instead of make a laundry and Gove me a new one. Sisscusting people very low level of hotel, low management, low food, low atmosphere. I Never ever again go to this terrible place .!! Don't go there. It's not worth money. ! Trust me.

The room service is bad and the receptionist is rude. They change the towels and clean the room after 3 days. The hotel is old and needs to be renovated. The breakfast is acceptable but does not include the Cypriot halloumi. It is not recommended.

1. Very rude staff. I happened to ask for a mug from Gina, a Russian lady, and she refused blatantly. I tried to explain that I only get one coffee a day but she wouldn't help. She shouted at me and stated that cameras are watching her and that if she gives me a mug she will lose her job. 2. Questionable work ethics When I said to a tall, dark-hair lady (she was probably the manager but I'm not sure) I'll post a bad review about my experience with Gina and the mug, she said, ''Go on, nothing new''. And when I said to her (probably the manager) that the customer is always right in hospitality and that they need to do some customer service training, she laughed at me. 3. Uneccessary and suspicious charges They wanted to charge me 2 euros/day for a fridge to be put in my room. They said it was mentioned on their website but it wasn't when I booked. 4. I asked for pure butter in the morning and all they had was margarine. When I said this is not butter, she pointed out to the product's packaging label ''buttery''. I said that this is the name of the product, it's not butter. (She didn't even know the language). 5. The legendary Cypriot hospitality is absent. Staff were foreigners and treated people coldly. I didn't get any warmth from them but only cold treatment and unwillingness to help. I must admit, however, the night staff were friendly (a Cypriot barman and a Romanian lady). 6. If you want true Cypriot hospitality, DO NOT GO to this hotel.

Jesus Christ..we stayed at a room that was a connecting room. The door that was inside the room was connecting us with the room next door. We didn't know what it was at first so we opened it and literally got inside of a sleeping man's room😑 Not only the door was not locked but when we asked the staff about it and she came to check it she not only told us that it couldn't be locked but also had a really bad and disrespectful attitude when we asked for another room. The second time I stayed alone at the hotel, right when I was falling asleep a drunk couple apparently started banging at my door probably by mistake but really scared me. The reception girl literally tried to open the door and when I opened it she informed me that I made a mistake and my room was next door. So okay all the rooms have the same key to open them? Next morning the cleaning ladies opened the door when I was sleeping because nobody was answering them. When I checked out the reception girl was really awful the disrespectful about the confusion with the rooms from the previous night even though is not my fault. Definitely won't go back and definitely don't recommend it at all.

Worst hotel ever. The facilities is very basic including making your own bed, uncomfortable matress, holes in the bed sheets, stains in the towels, no tea or coffee in the room (although you can ask for one), daily charge for fridge in your room, sample size shampoond , shower gel and hand wash excluding bar of soap. The breakfast was disappointing and poor quality. Also has bedbugs issues. The only positive were the friendly staff, location close to beaches and excellent public transport to travel around this beautiful country. Only stay here as a last option.

The hotel building is a bit weather worn and the rooms are basic. BUT if you want peace (no kids clubs) able to get a sun lounger round a very clean pool. Have an excellent view from your room, great service, the staff could not do enough for you. Especially Nick. Rooms cleaned everyday, excellent cypriot food buffet style. No frills hotel. Then this is the place. If you do have kids in the lounge area there were boxes of toys. Also a pool table. and a shallow pool. Very relaxing time went 30th April to the 7th May 22

Basically thieves. I booked a room for two days and after an hour i cancelled the booking. I called them for the cancellation fee and they said that they were gonna keep the whole amount even though im a student and I told them that that would basically leave me with no money. Even though I asked them if they could lower the price to 50-75% they insisted on getting paid for the full stay, even though im not goind! Disgusting!

Unfortunately we had a problem at the beginning of our stay and the staff made me feel we were unreasonable, we were just asking and they couldn't be bothered and when pressed to it was a big deal so much that we could not be bothered with it by then. Old Air-conditioning was weak takes ages to cool down room. Bed hard and the room was tired, also having to walk past workman painting opposite not what you expect. Breakfast limited, quality poor, cold items next to hot need organising better. Best was the friendly Bar man make our stay and the pool. The price we paid we could over look the above problems if the rest of the staff were friendly happy like the barman. We would just leave out having breakfast and go down the road have it there.
