Large group of us stayed here for a local wedding, staff were really helpful and rooms were spacious and very clean. Could have done with more bar staff at times but they did very well as the drink did flow!!

The room was large, but was only lit by several large table lamps, not good if one of you wants to read and the other doesn't. The swimming pool has been closed for over a year. Breakfast was in a pleasant large room with a good choice, but there were not enough waiters to clear the tables, as there were...

We stayed here with our 2 daughters (aged 7 and 4) we stayed in a family suite, with 2 separate bedrooms with connecting doors. the hotel is lovely and well kept, yes its not brand new modern furniture but everything was super clean and working. The staff were very professional and helpful when asking them questions. The air conditioner did...

The hotel is located in the centre of the city, near the pedestrian street. There is nothing special about the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, the furniture is not so bad, a little bit old, but it is ok. The room is clean, but the air conditioning is not working, you get a fan. Luckily it was not...

Right in the heart of Eisenstadt, this hotel is only a short walk from the historic centre and Esterhazy Palace, famous for its Association with Hyden. Hotel is quite big but still very quiet, with large comfortable rooms and a large bathroom with bath. A comprehensive buffet breakfast is served in the pleasant second floor restuarant and there is also...

I stayed at the Burgunland for 8 nights and was very happy with my stay. The hotel lacks a little character but that is made up for by the spacious comfortable room, large bathroom (with bath), and excellent breakfast. Despite its central location it is very quite as Eisenstadt is a sleepy regional town. Staff at the hotel are well...

The Burgenland is a 1980s hotel that is clean and is situated within a short walking distance of everything there is to see in Eisenstadt. The main restaurant is pedestiran and the small bar allows smoking and is attended, apparently, by someone who has other duties as well. The breakfast room is much nicer than the restaurant and provide a...

A year after our first visit we came back to this hotel as a base for attending opera and operette performances in neighbouring villages. The hotel is conveniently located at one end of the sloping Hauptstrasse in Eisenstadt. The Esterházy Palace and the Haydn House are within walking distance. It is a quiet town and so is the hotel. The...

The rooms are big, the air-conditioning did not seem to work however and made the room stuffy. The beds are comfortable though for a good night sleep. The staff at the reception was courteous and yes they proactively handover the wifi access to you. Lastly the breakfast was lacklustre and the whole restaurant seemed dead during breakfast, despite being full...

We were only at the Burgenland for one night, but it exceeded out expections in every way. The room was larger than most European hotels, bathroom had a shower and tub, there was a fan to help with cooling, and breakfast was extensive. We did not eat in the restaurant other than breakfast, however. Most importantly, wifi was EXCELLENT! Also,...
