The hotel is in an ideal location for the gondola, bars and restaurants. Rooms were clean, beds made daily and fresh towels available. Double rooms are a little small so get a twin. Food was varied and plentiful but unfortunately over cooked and tasteless. Staff...More

Hello, The rooms may vary but my 'single' room had a bath and hairdryer, a double bed, but no balcony. I was at the rear of the hotel. Most of the rooms on the front (overlooking courtyard) had what we would term a Juliet balcony. I found the room to be spacious for myself, but a couple would find it a bit cramped, thus it was sold as a single room. The restaurant, downstairs, is good and there are also many alternatives nearby. Hope this helps.
