I love the ambiance, service and food in Casa Canut. Even though it's a bit expensive, but it's totally worth it. The rooms are amazing, each of them are designed differently. Jacuzzi is for two people and each room has a king size bed in it. One can choose the style of the room he wants to stay in

There may as well be a sign outside saying wheelchairs not welcome despite this so called five star hotel advertising itself as disabled friendly. Only way in has steps up from the street, steps up from reception, doorways in the rooms not wide enough for a standard wheelchair, no access to the toilets at the restaurant, you guessed it...steps, and... It was all a misunderstanding due to the Bookings description. We have rectified the error. We have explained it and we have apologized in a personal email. Your complaint has been served. So, we thinks this message on Tripadvisor is vengeful. More

We spent two nights in room 307 and felt like we were decadent after our 72 day trip throughout the western Mediterranean. The room was very large with a comfortable king sized bed, hi-tech massage shower, spa tub, two sinks and plenty of space for your luggage. The rooms are very well decorated. Porter service is provided. The room did... More

it seems the 5 stars and the title "gastronomic" are about as self prescribed as me self prescribing myself as an olympic sprinter (spoiler alert: i can't run very fast). Perhaps in some long distant past (i.e., the 70s) this hotel was somewhat opulent, given the then immature state of Andorra's tourism market and poorly developed ski resorts. Unfortunately there... We could not complain about the rates, which reflect a solid 4 star quality. It is misleading to those, who believe they are up for a 5 star experience. It is definitely no where close to a five star luxury hotel. It is also not a gastronomic hotel, although it claims to be one. A very centrally located property has... More

Very welcoming, charming and helpful staff who parked our car at a moments notice. Fabulous food in their Michelin Star restaurant all enhanced by a fabulous room with an extra large and extremely comfortable bed which was remote controlled for our added comfort. We went on the EYE which has only been there for 2 weeks and is the largest... More

There is nothing special to see in the town, as well as in the capital city in summer time. Though if you want to have a pleasurable relaxing holidays you definitely should stay in this hotel. The bed in our room was the biggest I've ever seen (more than 2x2m) + it had a remote to raise separately bottom and... More

I liked the comments that said "Kitsch". Definitely. It was like stepping back into the 1980's...so much stuff randomly placed around the hotel. Service was excellent. You do pay 20+ euros to valet your car, not unexpected, but not clearly disclosed..dinner was great, had the seafood menu for 69 euros per person, bit on the high end, but delicious..it was... More

We had a drink with the owner in the smoking room, and he had run the hotel for all his life. The room we had had the largest hot tub I have ever seen! We stayed for one night . We were curiuos to see Andorra . Not much of a town. But if one wants to visit then this hotel is the best solution. It's on the main street , literally situated in one of the shops, "funny" decor or maybe ..kitsch ... The rooms are very big with all the gadgets :... More
