I've just spend 3 days staying here. And could not fault a thing. The breakfast was superb all the staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel and hope to be back in the ski season. I've added a photo of my breakfast and the view from my room at 7am.

Good hotel, nice área, but the hotel is not close to the center of town and taxis in Andorra are not easy to get, definitely not on the Street. Bus stop is close, but buses do not run after a certain time.

I stayed here in the last week of the ski season as part of a Nielsen ski package. It was comfortable, the rooms were warm, quiet and had views across to the Arinsal gondola and mountains. It lived up to our expectations. Breakfast was typically breads, cheese, meats, fruits, yogurts etc. It was good for the price range and there...

We are a family of 4 who stayed at this lovely hotel for 2 nights in Arinsal at the end of June to do the Percanela-Les Fonts-Pla de L'Estany Trail ( which starts 5 minutes up the road from the hotel, just past a conveniently located tourist office.) We arrived tired and fairly late on the first night and were...

We very much enjoyed our stay here: the rooms were nice and clean, we had an awesome view from our window and balcony and the staff was always helpful and friendly. We all agreed that the food was very good and the Scottish woman that worked in the hotel restaurant always served it with a smile.

The room on the top floor had restricted access to the Bath/Shower and built in wardrobe due to the sloping ceiling - it was almost impossible to avoid banging your head on the ceiling. Room facilities included plastic coffee cups which looked like tops of a vacuum flask. The Menu is limited for Vegetarians and included a Main meal option...

We recently stayed here whilst spending a week skiing in Arinsal. The hotel is clean and well managed, staff are friendly and helpful and the food is excellent. However, noise does travel easily between rooms. Breakfast is continental and kept well stocked during breakfast times. Standard bread, cold meats and cheeses, croissants and cakes, fruit salad, cereals, omelettes/tortilla and boiled...
