Just arrived back from our first skiing trip & a week at this hotel & have to say, what a wonderful stay. Can't recommend highly enough, worth every penny, will definitely be returning. Staff are friendly & the food is tremendous. The beds are great & very welcome after a day on the slopes.

Having stayed in Arinsal before we selected this hotel as a good option as we had eaten there before and found the food to be of a good standard. Before travelling had read some negative reviews about the staff. I can only assume that perhaps this was because the people concerned were rude, as I myself witnessed, to the staff...

Stayed at the Montane for the 1st time in January and where greeted with a warm welcome on an extremely snowy and cold Sunday afternoon. We where immediately meet off the transfer coach and given help with our suitcases and boardbags. After check in we where also given help up to our room with our cases. Room was great with...

I have been to Arinsal a few times and can honestly say this hotel is the best. The food is excellent and the staff are very friendly. An added bonus is that you are just across the road from the gondola, which is pleasant when you are tired from a day on the slopes. Every afternoon there are pastries ,...

The hotel is right across the road from the main gondola & has everything you need. This is the 4th time in 3 years I've been here & wouldn't stay anywhere else in Arinsal. If you like a good night out this hotel is so convenient as it's right in the heart of the village and everything is a stones...

Brilliant hotel, amazing location, literally cross the road to the gondola! The food was fantastic, my partner and myself had dietary restrictions which the chef and restaurant staff were absolute amazing at dealing with. The hotel is a bit of maze if you get put on the 4/5/6 floor and is a pain with stairs and lifts not going all...

The title says it all !!!!! Food is amazing, staff are really friendly and helpful, beds are comfy, loads of hot water, ski locker is cheaper than on the mountain and it's only 20m from the bottom gondola. What more could you want ????

Staying in Arinsal for a few days when on our first night we came here for a meal. My husband ordered the steak and I the salmon. It was delicious, truly a great dining experience. The waiter was very helpful and we enjoyed a nice wine. It was so good that we went back 4 nights later and ordered the...

The hotel is situated about forty metres form the gondola up to the ski slopes, so the location is excellent. Bearing in mind that the village of Arinsal is used heavily by the snow sports community in the winter months my self & my colleagues found that the English woman who worked in reception somewhat frosty towards us. On the...

The Montane is a great hotel. Positioned opposite the Gondola, it is so easy to get to the slopes in Arinsal or catch the bus to Arcalis. The food is excellent quality. Breakfast is buffet-style continental breads, meats, cheeses, cereals, pastries/cake, all plentiful, fresh and topped up constantly. You can pay for hot cooked breakfast items, but we didn't feel...
