I was looking for the place to stay for 1 night and just to have rest, pleasure and no problems. I was traveling with my 3 year and 6 year old children and also with my Mom. That was it - quiet, delicious, clean, very caring - we didn't want to leave!

Just spent a night here. Chara has recently taken on the hotel and her and the team are doing a wonderful job. The ambience is very chilled, the room was very comfortable and afternoon tea was taken outside in the forest. We had dinner, which was very tasty and had a very relaxing evening. It's an absolute must if you have...

This lovely hotel just outside the village of Platres is an excellent place to stay if you are visiting the Troodos mountains for a few days. The hotel is around a hundred years old and has 10 rooms which are traditionally furnished. Surrounded by pine trees it is a very peaceful place to stay and relax. Breakfast which is served...

The wonderful old Semiramis hotel is under new management. Manager Chara and chef Giorgos are revitalizing a great old institution. They need a little more help in getting the rooms up-dated, but Giorgos is a prizewinning chef. That is the BIG news. The hotel now offers dinner, and my husband and I had the BEST dinner we have ever had...

My husband and I and our two daughters (aged 4.5 and 1.5) greatly enjoyed our stay at Semiramis hotel during Easter. The place has a great location close to many beautiful hiking trails, serves delicious home-cooked meals at an excellent price (don't miss dinner!), and above all has a wonderful home-like atmosphere. The lovely manager Chara and her friendly staff...

Met by very friendly owner with excellent English. Hotel on quiet road (in April) above bustle of main village, local parking. Hotel on several floors with outlook amongst pine trees and great views. Food was good though not as advertised at €10 for evening meal...sweet was extra. Room was clean though pretty cramped and bathroom similarly clean but cramped with...

The owners upon your arrival will make you feel that you are the only one that matters and have known you for years. Offered tea which I had in the patio area among all the pine trees and that's where I took all my breakfasts for the 11days I was there. My dietary problems were seen to with a smile...

The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Breakfast was served on the terrace during the summer month of August. The hotel is surrounded by pine trees and all you can hear in the morning are the birds singing!
