This was our first visit to the Paphos area as we generally visit the Ayia Napa region of Cyprus. Although we were not particular taken with Paphos we certainly enjoyed this hotel. We were on the all inclusive option and found the food excellent with plenty of choice. The lunchtimes were a favourite of ours, (especially the freshly made strawberry...

This was our first time in Paphos and we found it to be a superb Hotel with friendly Staff and great food. The pool was very clean and well maintained and there were plenty of sunbeds beside the pool, on the well kept lawn and on the beach. We stayed for 14 nights on half board and enjoyed every moment...

All inclusive option was excellent. The food in the main restaurant was simply superb but on the A la Carte nights it was exceptionally good. The best night however was the Flambe night - well worth the few extra Euros and the entertainment was literally truly entertaining. Anna in the Marco Polo bar provided excellent attentive and amusing service and...

Just returned from our fourth trip to this great hotel. Staff always so friendly and helpful. Food in the buffet restaurant is good especially the breakfast and you always get a welcoming smile as you enter. Rooms are equipped with everything you need - tea and coffee making facilities, free safe and even an iron and ironing board. Plenty of...

After reading reviews for this hotel we were expecting good things but were pleasantly surprised when we found the hotel even better than expected. We booked for a 2 week stay, all inclusive, in a superior room. This meant we could have all our meals in any of the a la carte restaurants, during our stay, if we wanted. All...

Hotel is excellent as is the location right on beach ... Everything is catered for on the all inclusive. Buffet is ok, but the other restaurants are excellent which we had 2 ala carte dinners included in the all inclusive. Also added a flambé night which was reduced in cost being all inclusive. Rooms spotlessly clean as was the rest...

Returned last week after a 7 day stay at the Pioneer, exceptional care and service from the management down to the staff. Friendly & always happy to serve the guests. Would recommend this as an adults only hotel for a complete get away from it all pure relaxation; did see a few couples with older teenage kids which to be...

Great hotel but only if you are full board. Drinks expensive and if half board you don't get as much service as full board. Food really nice. Staff exceptional. Late checkout 70 Euros way too much. Paphos harbour great. Easy walking distance or local bus for 150 Euros. Great view of sea. not many mossy' thank god

The hotel is a short transfer from Paphos airport. We received a warm welcome and very easy check-in. Our room was very well appointed with a sea view and quiet air conditioning. The staff were all friendly and helpful. My attempts to speak a bit of Greek were wasted on most of the staff as they were from Eastern Europe...

On arrival we were greeted warmly and offered a cold drink and welcome hot facecloth. Check in was efficient and speedy and, like other reviewers, we enjoyed the late night meal. We were a family of 4 adults and we had rooms 256 and 254. These were right next to each other and had a side sea view over looking...
