Very friendly staff. They really take care of you and try to help in any situation. Good Location close to the beach, bars and shops. Basic but clean. Good breakfast included. I spent there 4 nights. The terrace was not great but there is a resting area ypu may use. Generally very good value for money.

I would like to express my gratitude towards the whole crew of Mike's Kanarium Hotel. They are the most helpful people Í've ever met in a hotel. Each and everyone of them is a wonderful individual with a great heart and extremely good customer service. For them giving the extra mile is not something additional, it is in their naure. This is wht makes Mike's Kanarium the best place to stay when in Larnaca. Finikoudes Beach, Church of Saint Lazaros and The Medieval Castle of Larnaca are in walking distance (approx. 5-7 minutes), there are many shops and reastaurants in the close proximity of the hotel as well. The food is delicious always served with care and a smile. I loved staying here!

Stayed at this apartment/hotel for 2 nights . Its a converted clinic / office building , the renovations are pretty good . Its has very basic but clean comfortable room , the beds , linen clean quality. The only one complaint is that the AC is not very good , in 32c heat its a big problem . The buffet breakfast was good but a little limited , eating alfresco was not brilliant due to a busy road and major building works opposite . The hotel is a 5 min walk to a lovely church and restaurants , a further 5 mins will take you the world famous Finikoudes Beach Promenade . A very location if you dont want to spend silly amounts for beach front hotels. Must mention ALL the staff at the hotel were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with ,in-fact they made the stay very comfortable .

I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights, and it was just great. First of all I must mention Ava and Andreas who run the hotel with such love and care. The room are spacious, clean, with a balcony, A/C, TV, the bathroom very clean as well, there's a fridge and kettle, and coffee too. In the city there's no public transport, and the hotel it's 7 minute walk to the beach, 1 minute to minimarket to get water, and really close to commercial areas. The hotel is located in a commercial Street as well where you you can have restaurants, shops, a monastery, pubs, all the way to the beach. The breakfasts was included in my deal, and it was very good. Fast open WiFi is available everywhere in the hotel and rooms for free.
