I stayed here for 4 days in November on business and would definitely go back. The staff were so friendly and helpful, right from the warm welcome when I arrived. It's centrally located, so very convenient for visiting the old town - just be ready for all the steps and hills! The restaurant was excellent, really good food, friendly service...

We stayed at the British Hotel the first days of our Malta trip The hotel is located in the old city which makes sightseeing a very easy walk. The staff were very courteous and helpful. There are restaurants, bars and shops close by. The view over the harbor is relaxing.

I was in Malta for the first time and attended the 2016 Junior Eurovision song contest and stayed in the British hotel in Valletta for 7 nights. I picked the hotel as it was close to the venue and could walk the 700 meters to the venue daily. Also as we were three people sharing, we needed a room with...

We decided at short notice on a break in fascinating Valletta and delightful Malta. The British Hotel was one of only a few available. It's very well located just a short walk up the hill to the cathedral and city centre. It overlooks the Grand Harbour and so enjoys fabulous views across to the "Three Cities". The reception and bar...

The British Hotel is a low frills, basic hotel, very clean, great breakfast, a perfect location to walk around Valletta, (also close to the main bus terminal), has an AWESOME view of the Grande Harbor and maybe the best thing is their amazing & helpful staff. Yes, the furniture in the room is dated and low frills but it is...

This is a small hotel in need of a major refurbishment. That said it is in an amazing location with fantastic views over the Grand Harbour . If you are just looking for a bed and a shower because you are going to be out exploring ,then it works really well . Breakfast is poor but just round the corner...

this hotel has a great location if you wouldl like to visit a center of Valletta town. It is located close to the bus terminal and you can easily get here by foot but be aware of that whole island are high hills and there are stairs on the street to get to the hotel. therefore I wouldn´t reccomend it...

I have previously stayed twice at The British Hotel and enjoyed the location, the character and experience. On this third occasion I recommended it to my companion and we had twin rooms , single occupancy ( Rooms 121 and 124 @ over 100 euros per night each, room only) . As soon as I saw the rooms I requested a...

Thank you for you comments. The fact that you had stayed twice already says something. One thing I can say is that all rooms are different since its an old building and therefore the rooms shown on the Web site are not necessary the same rooms one books unless it's specified in the reservation. Rooms 121 and 124 are twin...
