we booked this holiday(from hell) on August2011 for a three week break in February 2012.The first room we were given had scratched battered furniture, large patch in bath with a faulty shower-head and a large patch on door,curtains had a large rip. Shabby without heating. Moved to another room which had plaster patches peeling off walls and again no heating....

Needed a hotel at short notice whilst my main accomm was being sorted. As this was convenient, i decided to book for 2 nights. We didn't expect a great deal of luxury but our first room lacked the double bed we asked for so We were given another room on the second day. This was better but shower cubicle was very small (luckily, I am too) and the pedestal to hand basin was not attached in any way! Staff friendly and helpful but whole...

great hotel with frienly staff we stayed for one month and it was lovely and enjoyed every moment there entertainment was good our room was cleaned every day and would recomend this hotel to anyone it is in a great location i would like to thank the manageress for the nice time we had there february 2012

When we first arrived our overall impression of the staff, entrance and front of Hotel was good, Then we went to the room and we felt it was ok for what we paid, and we were looking forward to starting our holiday. We went for a walk and some lunch, and found the location good...and then it all went wrong!!!...

Is not an amazing hotel! but location and price are very good! The bar of the Hotel is crap, near you have surfside during the summer for a nice pizza and a nice swim... you also have mint near for fresh food... and you cannot visit sliema without going to ramblers rest Pub! what a pub! nice locals, great decor...

We were to spend a month in this hotel and were quite happy to do so until 65 students from Russia averaging from 11 to 18 with only three teachers to supervise took over the hotel. We had checked reviews on this hotel after we booked and they were by no means good, with compalints averaging to poor food, unfriendly...

This was my 4th stay in this cosy and really friendly hotel. The rooms are very nice, the bathrooms are just what you need in such a climate - all absolutely clean and well maintained. just returned from our 3rd stay at the Windsor Hotel. We have always been satisfied with this hotel for what we pay it's good value.Some building work is going on opposite just now, but who cares if you are out all day.We were half board.Breakfast is fine.bacon.sausage eggs scambled [will fry or poach by request] Evening meal is o.k. depending...

hotel staff ignorant,view nil,heated pool to hot to use, ,absolutley horrible food, pnumatic drill from 7am ,could not sit on balcony for workmen. when sunbathing only view 12 cranes around and 2 overhead ,this holiday cost us £500 each plus the food we had to buy because we could not eat the hotelfood ,never again, this was no bargin holiday...
