I love Malta and was looking forward to spending time in the island again! The hotel is very central with easy access to various buses route to the North and south of the Island. The receptionist Joseph was wonderfully helpful. Plenty of food in the breakfast room too. I love the evening entertainment last Monday with Joe. I could not... More

Hm, where to begin... This isn´t even a hotel. Upon arrival my room wastn´t properly cleaned; I found hairs from shaving in the sink, toothpaste on the mirror. The shower head in my moms room was broken, she asked two times if they would replace it, nothing happened, the toilets were running and leaking so you´de get your socks wet.... More

When we arrived there was no one at reception except an angry guest who warned us how terrible the hotel was. Eventually we are checked in and went to our room. The room was covered in hairs, you could not walk in the bathroom without coming into contact with pubic hairs. The blankets were also old and dirty and sheets... More

The Hotel Windsor was absolutely awful. No aircon for 3 days. Shabby Rooms. Constant building work with drill noises starting at 7.00 a.m. Broken lift. Staff and students occupying the steps outside the hotel - smoking. I would strongly advise people not to choose this hotel at any cost - even if offered free!!

Durty, noisy, AC not working, elevator mostly not working, no proper service (we stayed one beeing without main lights in our room), We must go through the attached reatsaurant as the main elevator wasnt working, but no lights so we had to search our ways through the dim lighted room between chairs and desks.

We stayed at this Hotel for two night Wed. Sept 12th & Thurs. Sept. 13th, 2012. Within an hour of checking in we realized that the toilet didn't flush so we called the Front Desk and informed them of such. They assured us that they would send the Handyman up to look at it so we then headed out to... More

This hotel is missing an 's' before the 't' in the word hotel. Rooms although not filthy are certainly not clean. The bathroom was mould ridden. The sea view took in a builders crane in full view. The place was populated by teenage language students who hung around reception on their lap tops, constantly blocked the main entrance and left... More

This hotel was noisy and dirty. My washroom&shower was basic with black mould and dirt around the bottom of the shower. The hotel is used in summer by young groups (~90% of hotel was occupied with the students) who cause LOTS of noise especially at night. We had to queue for breakfast & dinner with them all. For peace and... More
