I stayed at the hotel with a group of friends. We all thought it was very good value. It is clean and centrally located, just a block away from the sea front and 2 minutes walk from public transport and shopping areas. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was good. There was free wifi in the common...

For those of us unwilling or unable to pay the price of a five star luxury hotel, where everything is likely to be perfect, then entering the lottery of the 3 star hotel choice is our option. Having researched what was available in our preferred area of Sliema, we chose the Plevna Hotel. The X2 bus we caught from the...

This hotel is nicely situated on a quiet street between Tower Road and the ferry. It has a somewhat confusing layout inside, with numerous little stairs up and down, and small seating areas everywhere. There is a large TV lounge with overstuffed sofas and free WiFi. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with fridge, TV, phone, and coffee/tea. WiFi...

We enjoyed our visit in October 2012 - the room was comfortable. It is not a modern hotel, but has its charm and our room was very spacious. Close to seafront and amenities. There was a mistake in the dates of my booking and the staff was kind and efficient to come with a solution. Many thanks!

This is our third visit to Malta and we hope to have a repeat visit to the hotel Plevna next year. Charles and Darren (Dining Room Managers) both aimed to please and worked beyond their call of duty. Both were most courteous and helpful at all times Tom the hard working lad on the bar (for all hours it seemed)...

I found the manager to be particularly rude during our stay! He had no time for any of the guests and when we tried to speak to him about an issue with the food he just replied it was not his problem and no one else had an issue - implying we were lying or making it up! For the...

Have just returned from an all inclusive week at this hotel and enjoyed the stay very much. The staff was so helpful as on one occasion the bedside lamps would not work but this was rectified within the hour. The food was excellent and the restaurant staff was politeness itself. To be greeted by Charles and Mark was a pleasure...
