This was our first trip to Malta and our first stay at the Preluna Hotel. The positives are built around the standard of the restaurant and its staff. Both were excellent. We stayed on a half board basis and the selection at both breakfast and dinner was very acceptable, even with me as a Vegetarian. On the one night I...

Typical 4* accommodation. Reception staff polite and helpful. Good breakfast choice. We chose to eat in a couple of times and although there wasn't enough choice, what was there was very nicely cooked.

Some time ago we spent a most agreeable week in Malta. We stayed in the Preluna hotel situated on a convenient location, near a bus stop and the harbour from where it was easy to discover Valetta and the entire island. However this hotel didn't mean for us much more than a basis from where we made our trips. It...

Easy to get to and booking was as simple as ABC On arrival the staff were courteous and very helpful. Explaining the locations and availabilities of all the amenities of the hotel Entering at our room we found that the "Double" we had booked was actually two single beds pushed together. We decided that we could handle that a decision...

First the hotel - it is getting a little tired but they are doing loads of work, either that or someone was trying to tunnel into our room. Our room had a balcony which overlooked the sea and caught the morning sun, it wasn't luxurious but was OK although a guy with a screwdriver would have had a bit of...

First of all this is an excellent hotel for families, suitable for all services from pool service, mini golf, and bingo service, not forgetting the various night services by different artist or singers. Their restaurant Triton offers excellent buffet service freshly daily made which include different food, sweets, and deserts, but many times this include ice creams. For those who...

I arrived at midnight and checked out at 09.00, with no breakfast and did not use the facilities. The night cost me €67, room on the 11th floor overlooking the city. Absolutely no frills. Slept fine. I got what I paid for, but would not want to go back with family for a holiday expecting a luxurious break.

This hotel is set right on the seafront with good access to the promenade and walking / buses into St Julians or Valletta etc. The ferry to Valletta is also within walking distance. We weren't able to secure a sea view, which would have been fantastic I'm sure, but our room was very spacious and clean if a little dated....
