Staff very friendly with good service, cleaning not so good. What lets Cornucopia down is the décor as I would say this has not happened for 10-20 years. With an upgrade on the rooms and staff trained on cleaning them would put the hotel as a top destination.

We've been coming here for quite some years now and have never been disappointed. It's like a family run place, only that people aren't related. They make sure that you'll feel at home and always welcome.

We stopped here for lunch on a tour of the island. Swift service and a tasty three course set lunch. Staff members were pleasant and vegetarians were well catered for. A la carte menu available for residents.

We had a great time, thanks to a top notch staff !!! When I booked the room, I tough that the swimming pool was heated... in fact I made a mistake. So the manager gave us a voucher for their Spa with jacuzzi. They really went out of their way to please us! Thanks again! The food was really great...

Truly a room with TWO views, both country and sea as the hotel is at the top of a hill - magnificent. It is also situated in a village whose church square offers food and food for the best palate. Cornucopia offers a buffet breakfast, the like of which I have seen only in the best hotels in Europe. And...

My husband and I are just back from a week at this hotel. It is situated on the outskirts of a small village, in a beautiful location. Just across the road there are seats, with a beautiful view across the valley to the sea. Fabulous to just sit, think, read or catch the sun. The hotel is lovely, friendly and...

This hotel is perfect if you want to have a good quiet sleep after a long day out and about in Gozo. It is situated in a quiet area in Xaghra. It might be tricky to find it the first time even if there are road signs leading to it but it can easily be found on GPS and once...

Excellent value for money, Incredible views from the room overlooking the valley. Staff always friendly and ready to accommodate residents in the best possible way ( a service with a smile). We are repeat visitors and always look forward for our stay. Breakfast is good and rooms are very clean.

This lovely traditional hotel is an ideal place to relax and have a complete break from the everyday humdrum. The staff are so very helpful and the food is excellent although the menu for package holidays lacks imagination. However the deal through Mercury was very good value. One small problem the bus stop is a ten minute walk from the...

My wife and I have stayed in the Cornucopia's bungalows but we have never stayed in the hotel. It is a wonderful place to relax and it is so quiet and peaceful.. Our stay was excellent and the staff were all very helpful especially the manager.

“room with 2 larges beds, then familly room”

“The doors to the rooms have old locks which can be easily be opened, and give no sense of security. given that some of the rooms can be reached from street level, this creates cause for alarm. The door itself (room 28) is mainly glass, and privacy can only be attained by drawing the curtains across the glass. Given that there was no window, it was "BYE-BYE VIEW" for the whole time we were in the room. Suggestion: new doors with good security locks.”
