My wife and I stayed here for four nights during our vacation trip. We had reserved a ocean view deluxe room, then was upgraded to the executive floor at the check-in. The room was nicely decorated with modern taste and had the great view from the glass windows. We greatly enjoyed their breakfast every morning with nice services from serving...

Next to New York this hotel has the smallest rooms I've ever stayed in. It was ok for the three days required but would choose something closer to town next time. We all know that Iceland is expensive, but I did not expect to have to pay £60 for a mediocre continental room service breakfast in this hotel.

Executive Club is totally worth it. Enjoyed staff and the social hour with the other guests. Will always from now try to stay at Hilton hotels. Staff was especially helpful with our four am departure to airport.

The location is a good walk from most of the shopping and restaurants during Laugavegur as well as the harbor, so don't expect to be close to much activity. The room itself was reasonably nice, and the hot water not having a sulfur smell was welcomed after lots of time elsewhere in the country. The staff here lacks attention to...

Marriott just broke ground here and this place should be a ghost town when they open. Poor service, terrible menu selection and food. Printer that does not work, terrible view of the city. Shame they call it a Hilton

Thank you for taking the time to share with us your constructive feedback. Whilst we continue to be committed to provide all our guests with the highest level of service the industry has to offer. I too am disappointed to learn about the shortfall in service from our team. The hotel is actively working to improve service levels. I can...

The hotel was clean and modern with a good level of service. i was there for the first day after arriving on a 30 hours flight into reykavik. The check-in & check-out was fast and my family of 3 had dinner and breakfast at the VoX restaurant. We really enjoyed the 3 course dinner and breakfast was superb. Service at...

We had a room on the 6th floor in the front. It was quiet enough. The weather was in the upper 50s F and the room was warm. A good view when the clouds were not around. There wasn't any A/C. We were able to turn off the heat and open the windows for comfort. There was a fan available...

Such a fun time and a terrific hotel well located from the shops and town. We weren't lucky enough to have clear skies for the Northern Lights but the whole Iceland experience was wonderful. Gezzers and hot springs

The hotel was good value for money. The hotel facilities were clean and modern. Rooms are clean and have everything that you need. The hotel bar offers a great happy hour. Worth taking advantage of! It is a 15 minute walk to the town centre or a bus ride which takes minutes but costs around £8. The hotel have an...

Beautiful hotel, was upgraded to a suite and it was lovely. Yoko Ono was staying at the hotel, The staff were so helpful. I really liked that the windows open to allow in fresh air. Tour buses stop at the hotel to pick you up which makes it really handy.
