Had a thoroughly nice visit and the hotel was very accommodating. We had booked an executive room and the view from the top floors is excellent. We had the use of the exec lounge so had free breakfasts, free drinks all day, happy hour with snacks from 5-7pm, free use of sauna, free buspass and use of a business room...

Me and my wife visited this hotel in November and we were quite pleased by the stay. The primary occupants were business travelers, but they created a very family friendly atmosphere for us ! Room ------ Great room with a view of the city and the bay, we had a chance to see the Northern Lights from the window of...

I just returned from my very first trip to Reykjavik and can highly recommend this hotel. I was there for a week and was treated very well! The hotel is beautiful and clean. From the front desk and tour office, to the restaurant and bar, to the spa, the staff was incredibly helpful and took time to answer all my...

A very clean, pleasant hotel with a free bus service to the center of Reykjavik. I enjoyed my visit but have to say I was "put off" by them not allowing me a late check out. And this was after my other friends staying there had already asked for, and received their late check outs. A slight marring of an...

Thank you kindly for writing us a review - We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to do so. In regards to the late check out request, this is always a subject of availability at the time of the request. Should the hotel be fully booked on the day the late check out request is made, I am afraid we...

I travel quite a bit for work and typically stay at SPG hotels. This was a good alternative as there are no SPG properties in Iceland. Reykjavik is a pretty small city so I wouldn't worry too much if your far off etc. The hotel is nice and traveling as a the solo parent with an 8 and 3 year...

Stayed here for three nights and could have not been happier. From the moment we arrived to the time we left the service and friendly staff was top notch. The rooms were comfortable and we received an upgrade to the 9th floor, with great views. The executive lounge is of a high standard and the team there are excellent. As...

We stayed in Iceland for a couple of days to see the area and break our journey en route to Canada. The hotel is just on the edge of town, probably about half a mile or a little more from the centre. You can walk it if you wish or there are frequent buses outside the door and the hotel...

My two night stay was for a room on the executive floor booked through Hilton.com. Although not centrally located, the airport shuttle bus stops at the Hilton and I found that a brief twenty minute walk took you into the centre of the city. I normally use the Hilton app to check in and select a room, but for whatever...

Stayed here for four nights in November, in a double room. It was lovely from the beginning. We were treated with a really friendly welcome from the reception staff, and our room was ready even though check in was another two hours away. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely mountain view. The bed was really comfortable, slept...

This is the place to stay in Reykjavik. It is clean, comfortable, and has a fabulous breakfast buffet with everything Asians, Americans, and Europeans would like. It's plentiful and delicious. The staff at this hotel is very helpful as well. The only downside is you are about a mile away from the downtown area, but my husband and I walked...
