A group of four of us stayed in a two bedroom for a long weekend in June. The location is wonderful if you intend to enjoy downtown Reykjavik's nightlife. (It's aggressively fun, so be prepared for a little weekend noise). The place was clean and efficient. Glass bathroom doors are a bit odd, so hopefully you're comfortable with the people...

Absolutely loved this place. My first time in Reykjavik so we were a little bewildered in what to expect. We arrived in the early hours due to being unable to land because of a blizzard and when we finally arrived the staff were so friendly! We had the room with the green floor and oversized bed, which I was delighted...

Four of us stayed at a two-bedroom apartment in December 2014. The location was great. Right on the main street, everything was accessible from the shops to the restaurants and bars. The apartment is furnished, albeit sparsely. The floors are garishly painted concrete (and not very clean) and in each room one wall was left undecorated. I'm assured by my...

The apartments are SMALL. We had a unit with a small kitchen, a built-in double bed and NO CLOSET SPACE WHATSOEVER. We asked the receptionist if we could be moved to a room where we could, at least, hang some clothes but he said the hotel had none. So... if you want youth hostel accommodations at luxury hotel prices, you...

This hotel is located in the heart of reykjavik. The rooms are nice and has some special touches in the interior. Not that good for people who has some disabilities, because there were some stairs to get up (and down) but it wound be any problem for normal people. Helpful staff. Located on a walking distance of almost everything you...

During our 5 night trip to Iceland, we spent first 2 and final 2 nights in Apartment K. We stayed in two different rooms, and had quite different experiences. The first room, a two bedroom apartment was large and specious, but a little too 'quirky' for our taste. Non-plastered walls, bright green floors, a massive mirror across the wall and...

We had a great one week holiday staying at apartment-K. We had a cool horse in the kitchen! Minus that it wasnt super clean... When we got the key they told us that the owner of Twitter stayed there the day before.

We first had a problem finding a hotel room. On Agoda print out the address is on Bergstadastraeti 3. But FYI it is on the Þingholtsstræti 2. We spent at least 30 minutes driving and walking around to find the hotel room. If you note that above info, you will avoid spending time on finding the hotel room. The location...

San Francisco, California

Good morning!

we have been trying to get a hold of staff for a couple weeks now without response so hoping this will be answered and help clear up our questions.

we are arriving at 4am at the airport on 3/26/17 staying through 4/1. can we please check in early please? I'm traveling with my 10 year so will be very exhausted.

Also, I'd like to add my friend's name onto the room as Expedia didn't but we paid for a deluxe studio so my son and I could sleep together and Brian can sleep on the fold out sofa.

the other question is I've been online at other sites and the cost of the deluxe studio and deluxe 1 bedroom apartment with fold out sofa are about the same, could we upgrade for more privacy If there's more room since it's my friend not husband? if not, no problem just thought it wouldn't hurt to ask :)

Thank you so much, we are so very excited about our trip, I've never done anything like this before! Our Flubus will be taking us straight there so would be really amazing if we could check in early.

thank you so much fit your time and in advance for your response!. FYI, everytime I've called I just get a recording and don't know how much is going to be charged to me coming from San Francisco, California...oh well.

your apartments look beautiful on line so we are hoping to have the full experience as I've been very sick for several years and this is a bit of a celebration of finally feeling better and bonding with my son.

if you cannot upgrade but could check us in at any time earlier could you hold our luggage while we go eat then hopefully check us in?

Thank you again and we do look forward to meeting you all!
