Very nice hotel and in a great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb with both a hot and cold buffet style selection available. We had two rooms on the forth floor and they were both very spacious and comfortable. As others have said, it can get a little noisy on the street outside at times...

Great hotel. Great location. Not more than a 10 minute walk for tge main city sights. Staff were friendly and rooms clean. Gym was well stocked also if you're into for exercise whilst away. Perhaps only complaint was the shower wasn't all the powerful but was fine.

Easily found on the narrow Reykjavik streets, the staff was quick to answer all questions and make sure we were well taken care of. Explained parking (which is tedious) and offered lots of options. Our room was HUGE (503) but had no "view". Despite the tedious parking situation and no view, the room was comfortable, spacious and the morning breakfasts...

A perfect base. Ideally located in the middle of town close to the harbour. Fantastic room with all the facilities you would expect. Lovely comfortable bed which gave us both a great nights sleep. Breakfast is a real treat. The peppered cheese was a favourite of mine. Hope you enjoy.

This was our first trip to Iceland and we have been really looking forward to it. I understand the economy situation recently, but when I booked this Hotel costing over 320 Euro per night, I expected it to be worth the money. The room we were given was small and basic, on one of the days we stayed, the cleaners...

Our flight from Reykjavik to Nuuk was cancelled for 3 days. We stayed here 2 out of 3 days with a daily renewal of booking. It was a little inconvenient as the hotel can't really guarantee that we can stay in the same room for the next night so we need to pack and unpack everyday. We ended up with...

Good central hotel that also has a bar and restaurant for the evening. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice. Beds very comfortable but I found the pillows to soft and feathery for me so a choice of pillow would be good. Bit pricey for us but then we didn't book it as we had gone with friend's who did...

Me and a friend have just got back from a lovely stay at this hotel! The hotel is very clean, modern and comfortable. The bedroom was large but very cosy with all the facilities needed. The only thing we could have done with was a larger duvet as it didnt even reach ends of the bed without us in it!...
