We stayed in the Penthouse suite for 4 nights and it couldn't have been better. Felt really homely and welcoming. Most comfortable bed I have slept on in a while and the lounge area was really nice for just chilling with family watching TV. Fantastic location just 5 minutes walk from the beautiful church and the main shopping street is...

We booked with Booking.com to have an apartment with Luna for a visit in March. The site shows Baldursgata 36 as the address in Reykjavik, however this is also where thy conduct their business from. Your apartment could be somewhere else in the vicinity, you will be notified by Luna within 7 days of your booking. We were given an...

Hotel Luna is located a block from the Hallgrimskirkja, just off one of the main shopping streets. The apartment is clean and spacious. The black out curtains in the bedroom were appreciated. The kitchen was surisingly well equipped. For those who want to self cater, there are numerous places to buy supplies with in walking distance. Previous reviewers have complained...

And a fridge that was not cleared out. We had no choice but to sleep on the beds even though we could not be sure if the sheets were clean as it was 2 am when we arrived. We also used towels hat may or may not have been used...they were kind of rumpled on the rack. The trash can...

It was like living on an Ikea room set - but very comfortable - the best blackout blinds/curtain combo ever. And the best mattress. Couldn't fault the apartments, or the location (one street up from Laugaverdur - on Grettisgarta - quiet). We could see the big church / cathedral on the hill from our sitting room window. Lit up at...

From my understanding, there are 7 different bldgs. that make up Luna Apts/Hotel. Where we stayed was located at Spitalastigur 1. Not a good location bec. not too many pick-up tour buses can find this street. One has to walk to a nearby hotel in order to be picked up or dropped off. The day we arrived was truly a...

We booked the 4 bedroom apartment for a group of 8. The apartment was in a perfect location in downtown Reykjavik. The apartment itself was spacious and well equipped. We had an issue with a blocked shower and sink but they sent a plumber within an hour or us reporting the problem. Excellent stay in Iceland and would rebook here...

We paid almost $200/day. The apartment is very dated; it wasn't like the pictures the company has posted in their website, which made us decide to stay at one of their apartments. The flooring was peeling, the bathroom door-frame was rotted (I have pictures to prove), dated furnitures and decor. Our bedsheets were used from the previous guests and have...

We were pleased wth the accommodations. Nothing fancy but it was clean and the location was great. Check in was at 3 but after an overnight flight and being awake for over 24 hrs, we were very happy that they let us check in early.....the only surprise was having to pull our luggage through the ice and snow from the...
