Arrived early for check in but wasn't able to check in until 4:00. We had a spacious very warm room on the first floor ocean side. Was a couple blocks walk up to main street where all the restaurants, bars and shops were. 2 minute walk the other way took you to sea front and about a 20 minute walk...

We loved the location of this hotel very close to the main shopping area and restaurants. The Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly which was ideal for us on our first visit to Iceland. Our room had an ocean view which we paid a bit extra for, the room was very clean and warm and had a nice comfortable...

We stayed here for 3 nights and were really pleased with the hotel. Arrived at 2am after a late flight to be greeted by a friendly chap who checked us in quickly. We had a trip booked for early the next day and he called and confirmed our pick-up, nothing was too much trouble. We found all the staff really...

A very friendly hotel, well located for the ocean promenade and an easy walk into the city centre. We paid a little extra for ocean views, but well worth it. The receptionists were all very helpful with any questions we had. Breakfasts were excellent with a great variety to cater for all tastes. A good value for money hotel

Great setting near to town and on coast. Excellent staff - so helpful and obliging. Miriam is a star of knowledge. B&B was brilliant! Gorgeous supply of foods 7-10am fits in with all the chasing of 'The Lights'. Bedroom comfortable, with facility to self cater if you wish. Definitely would return. Jan & Andrew Barnes

Very polite and helpful staff, supermarket diretly behind it for the essentials and ideally located within a 5 min walk from the centre. Rooms are clean and tidy - double duvet for the double bed would have been nice rather than 2 singles though! Breakfast - too many things to list, all tastes catered for. Nice dining area doing soup...

We recently stayed at this hotel during our trip to Iceland. We booked our trip through gate one travel and knew ahead of time that it was a basic 3 star hotel, so we weren't surprised with the basic amenities. That being said it was still an EXCELLENT hotel for what it was! The staff was great, always willing to...

Stayed here for a 3 night stay. The hotel is basic and not the most modern but it is a reasonable price and in a great location. Once in our room we were greeted with a super sea view, which was not expected, and a clean, functional and warm (v important!!) place to sleep. There is a safe, hairdryer and...
