Great hotel near the centre of the city. Spacey rooms with great showers. Good internet connecttion. We had breakfast in the hotel. A big buffet with fruits, boiled/scrambble eggs, bread, cereals, cheeses, hams, juices, etc..Dinner is good as well: pizzas, pastas, etc.. There is store with nice products. Very good spa.

This hotel looks like an office building from the outside. Inside looks likes a very modern hotel. The hotel had all the essentials (clean room, free wifi). Tap water is safe to drink and surprisingly tastes amazing. The hotel also offers buses to go to downtown Reykjavik.

This was a nice hotel, central and clean.Beauitful fireplace in the foyer. What you would expect from a 4 star. Breakfast was pricey. What I really liked was the loccitaine bathroom products. Nice touch. Just stayed one night.

Although a little further out of town the hotel is well placed for the tour bus depot and easy access to local buses & hop on hop off tour. It was a nice touch that the hotel give you a free pass for local buses. We enjoyed the spa and the runway lounge on the 4th floor although the coffee...

We arrived on 13th March. Our room was ready early which was nice. Room was basic but it had everything we needed. The only downside was the restaurant. The staff weren't very helpful and they seemed to be standing around in huddles doing nothing when tables and floors needed cleaning. Even though we were the only ones in the restaurant...

comfortable and quiet rooms, lovely goose down comforters we opened the windows every night. Breakfast is very good, the bread and sweet butter is exceptional. Highly recommend this facility. The city bus stop is in front of the hotel, the busses are on time and cover the city very nicely, it is very easy and inexpensive to get around.

We stayed four nights in mid-March. This was our second trip to Iceland but the first time staying in Reykjavic. We flew in very early in the morning and decided to go to the hotel to see if there was a chance of an early check-in and we got very lucky that we could. I'm sure this isn't usual though...

This was our last night in Iceland. The hotel was quite large and the front staff were reasonable but the whole experience was destroyed by the restaurant staff. I have never felt so bad in a restaurant as this one. Staff were down right discourteous and to top it off I was charged $45.00 for two vodka and tonics. When...

Just arrived today. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The outside of the hotel looks like something out of the 60s or 70s, but the inside is completely modern. The rooms are small, but modern and comfortable.
