This hotel needs an update. The restaurant and staff are all very good. The rooms need a refresh and are very small. Check in service could use some management help. I would not stay here again. The location is outside of town. They do provide bus tickets into town.

Staff friendly and helpful. hotel is comfortable and bright. Handy for the Perlan. We saw the Northern Lights from outside the hotel foyer. 20 minutes into the centre of town walking. Would go back to the hotel without hesitation. You can get a bus pass to catch the bus in and out of Reykjavik (you have to leave a deposit...

The exterior of the hotel screams 1970s industrial design, but inside, it's updated and modern. Staff is friendly and quick. The rooms were a bit small - but pretty normal sized for European standard. One of ours had no spare power outlets while the other had two on the desk (perfect for laptop and USB charger). Half the rooms overlook...

This hotel is in serious need of renovation. Bathrooms are small and old. Room lighting is dim and old. The elevator is tiny and old. Getting the trend here? The service is generally very poor. The front desk never picks up the phone and lines can be long for assistance. We were given a key to a room that was...

Natura is a older hotel and some of the rooms are in need of renovation. To get a newer room, you can ask for a room with a safe deposit in the actual room. The hotel provides free bus passes and there is an excellent bus system in Reykjavik. (Taxis are quite expensive so get our of your comfort zone...

Modern Clean Deluxe room-great Real down pillows and comforters Friendly and accommodating staff Early check in of bags A bit off the beaten path so for tours with Reykjavik Excursions you are the last off which can add an extra 30 to 40 minutes. That does give you a mini tour of downtown...but after a couple tours that gets old....

After staying at Icelandair Hotel Akureyri I was very disappointed to arrive in Reykjavik's Natura Hotel (also part of the Icelandair group.) Our standard room has very little storage for clothes and no kettle or coffee maker. Even the most basic motel has a way of making tea or coffee-but not this one, unless you upgrade your room. This hotel...

As other reviewers have said, this hotel is clean, and although rooms are small, the beds were comfortable. Having a view of the small airport was fine with me, and there was no noise issue. Hotel restaurant and breakfast had something for everyone, including fish, "porriage" with all the toppings, and the standard eggs and bacon. There was also a...

Very clean. Rooms are small by American standards but roomy by European standards. It's located right next to an airport but flights only came in and out during daylight hours so it was not at all a problem. The hotel is located a little future out of the downtown then I would have hoped but it is very close to...

The Natura has a nice location with a short 10 minute bus ride to the city center. The front desk has bus passes available for free and will direct you. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful with restaurant recommendations. The Nautholl Bistro is a 4 minute taxi ride away and was fantastic. The hotel buffet...
